My Daughter recently ordered a floral arrangement from Wildbud Floral Co for her wedding, with clear instructions and a written confirmation of the types of flowers to be used more so not to be used. Unfortunately, the arrangement she received included completely different flowers--some of which she had specifically requested not be included due to allergies and personal preference. To be specific Roses. Roses were used in almost all arrangement including boutonnière and corsage's. When my daughter reached out to address the issue, expecting at least an acknowledgment or offer to make things right, her contact, Cheyenne was unavailing and dismissive to her concerns. Despite having the original written order as proof, she refused to take responsibility and only offered $500.00 in store credit as the only form of correction. Her unwillingness to admit any mistake, even with documentation in front of her, was frustrating and unprofessional. Clearly $500.00 refunded would have gone much farther in restoring one's business name and integrity as opposed to a credit from a business that fails in customer service. Mistakes can happen--what really matters is how a business handles them. In this case, the lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly caution anyone considering this florist to look elsewhere, especially if you're planning something important and expect reliability and integrity. I'm hoping I'm allowed to download and share pictures of my daughter's day and allow you to compare what is on their website for an outdoor wedding venue and compare with the reality we had. We were living in New York City and planning to hold the wedding at my family's vineyard in Murphys, so we needed someone on the ground who really knew the area and vendors and could communicate concepts and logistics efficiently over phone and email, as well as make the most out of limited in-person visits. We were so impressed with Erin's ability to perfectly understand our vision, the look and feel we were going for based on just a few phone conversations, two in-person visits and some back-and-forth feedback on Pinterest images. All of that to say, even a just moderate amount of guidance goes very far with Erin. In terms of personality, Erin struck a good balance between being personable/fun/making us feel comfortable and being very focused and getting down to business. She enabled us to enjoy the planning process while also keeping us on track. Erin is also a straight-shooter and will give you a sense of what is do-able and what might need adjusting. In those cases, however, she never seems to say "no", but rather a "what about this approach"...and they are usually really great ideas. On the day of the wedding, Erin and her team were amazing. So patient with guests and moving the schedule along perfectly. Erin runs a tight ship without anyone really noticing--every scheduled piece was totally on-time! During the reception dinner we inevitably would have guests coming up to us, one after the other, to congratulate us and chat, which is expected. As a result, we really weren't eating and needed to move onto the cake cutting or something. Erin, very smoothly, would kindly interrupt and get us back to finish our dinner so that we could move on. I really appreciated that because we as the couple don't really want to cut these conversations short. I would absolutely recommend Erin and her team for events in the area. My husband and I first started working with Rosie in 2019, with the intention of a May 2020 wedding. Covid, of course, had other ideas, and we had to reschedule for July 2021. Rosie was with us through every step of that process. She was patient, empathic, and in regular contact as we made the difficult decision quite early in the pandemic to reschedule our event. As a result, we worked closely with Rosie for almost 2 years! She was easy to reach, happy to have a quick chat to plan or talk through minute quirks, and so amenable and open to any of our ideas. She is well connected to many vendors in the area, which was helpful all throughout the process. Rosie excels at balancing what's practical and feasible for an event of your size, while incorporating the elements that make each couple unique. She also has so many fun props and decorations available (e.g., she let us convert her lemonade stand into a frozen banana stand for a cocktail hour giveaway). From the initial setup on Thursday to the final tear down on Sunday, Rosie & her team were there. She helped us with coordinating all of the vendors in an advance and on-site. We truly could not have pulled off the event without her. She regularly thought a few steps ahead of us, and she worked seamlessly with her team to resolve any issues that came up. On the day of the wedding, Joleen was on time and really helpful and flexible during the getting ready process, first look, and couple photos. At the venue, she did a great job orchestrating our bridal party and family photos. Joleen did a great job operating behind the scenes during the ceremony and cocktail hour. She provided the perfect amount of guidance during photo opportunities (like signing the marriage license or during the cake cutting) and was also flexible with impromptu group photos as well as the weather not being able to provide a sunset shot.
