Review: Disappointed by Incorrect Floral Arrangements and Poor Customer Service I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. My Daughter recently ordered a floral arrangement from Wildbud Floral Co for her wedding, with clear instructions and a written confirmation of the types of flowers to be used more so not to be used. Unfortunately, the arrangement she received included completely different flowers--some of which she had specifically requested not be included due to allergies and personal preference. To be specific Roses. Roses were used in almost all arrangement including boutonnière and corsage's. When my daughter reached out to address the issue, expecting at least an acknowledgment or offer to make things right, her contact, Cheyenne was unavailing and dismissive to her concerns. Despite having the original written order as proof, she refused to take responsibility and only offered $500.00 in store credit as the only form of correction. Her unwillingness to admit any mistake, even with documentation in front of her, was frustrating and unprofessional. Clearly $500.00 refunded would have gone much farther in restoring one's business name and integrity as opposed to a credit from a business that fails in customer service. Mistakes can happen--what really matters is how a business handles them. In this case, the lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly caution anyone considering this florist to look elsewhere, especially if you're planning something important and expect reliability and integrity. I'm hoping I'm allowed to download and share pictures of my daughter's day and allow you to compare what is on their website for an outdoor wedding venue and compare with the reality we had. The only reason I didn't continue communication is because they offered to help me by returning to the store and buying new flowers so I was confused. The review isn't to tarnish their credibility. Extremely Disappointed - Would Not Recommend for Weddings If you're a bride considering Wildbud Co. for your wedding, I strongly recommend reading this before booking. I spent A LOT of money expecting florals that reflected the design proposal I approved. After they received my inspiration photos their team made a proposal (which I will share a photo below) for me and I could approve or not approve of the proposal design. I approved bc the color scheme, flowers, and it all was what I wanted so I approved the proposal image and a list of flowers that were also listed below which I will also share that photo. (Remeber the color scheme and the list of flowers and notice how it says no roses). What I received looked nothing like what was promised. It felt rushed, bare, and lifeless. Worst of all, I gave one very specific instruction: no roses. That was not a preference it was a hard boundary. White roses still showed up in my bouquet, on the dog collar, and in other key areas. When I raised these issues, I was offered store credit and told things like "we stand behind our work" and "you approved the design." What I approved was a specific floral proposal. What showed up was nowhere near it in color, fullness, or quality. And regarding the wilted flowers, I was told that flowers were put into a fridge at venue and once the items were handed off to my coordinator it was out of their control. Making it seem like they put all the florals that I paid for in the fridge and left it up to my coordinator to set up. Which wildbud co were the ones who set up the altar and the aisle flowers. 2 1/2 hours before ceremony, knowing as a florist, knowing it's hot outside and they're here very, very early. So we made some calls to find out what actually happened: The personals meaning bouquet, boutonnieres and corsages and dog collar were the items put in the fridge by my coordinator And The aisle and altar flowers were fully set up by wildbud, at or around 11:00am for a ceremony that didn't begin until 1:30pm.So 2 1/2 hours sitting outside in the heat. By the floral team. My now husband and sister showed up at 12 and all the flowers were wilted within just that one hour At the time, no one knew exactly when the flowers had been set out we later found out they had been exposed to heat for hours before the ceremony. Once we started asking questions after the wedding. The point is: this wasn't bad luck. It was poor execution and a lack of accountability. And the worst part? They were dishonest in their explanation. I asked for a partial refund not a full one to reflect that what I paid for and what I received were not aligned. I was offered store credit for a business I will never use again. And after explaining my frustration clearly and respectfully, I was ignored. I find it really frustrating that not one but three things went wrong that I feel like anyone would have had the same reaction as me or maybe even bigger based off what those three things were Proposal looking different than what I got in person Wilted flowers, clearly, poor execution, and planning And in the proposal, adding no roses and the incredible team she stands behind, quite literally put white roses in every single piece of florals that I ordered. the dog collar corsages the boutonnieres the altar flowers. Everything had white roses, and I put a picture down below with the list of flowers that would be used And under that saying no roses that was sent to me by Cheyenne and I approved it thinking I was gonna get exactly that. no roses. But nope, that wasn't the case so when I sent my frustration and asked for a partial refund, never a full one I felt as every email I received sounded far from sincere and sounreiterating how much she stands behind her team, which to me is insulting when you look at the florals that were done by her team going off of the proposal list I don't see why you would continuously say you stand by that. They made the florals look like you made a mistake and sent over someone else's flowers or something. That's honestly what I thought on that day because they look completely different than what we agreed upon. $500 store credit just does not seem reasonable going based off these three major things that went wrong. We love Wildbud! Not only is the shop a great place to stop in for last minute gifts, but they also host great events (tea parts, flower workshops, etc.). They have great customer service and are always extremely helpful when trying to figure out what you are looking for. Their yearly flower subscription is a great way to get flowers delivered to your door once a month, each bouquet being unique and handcrafted based on what's in season. It is a great way to get exposure to different types of flowers instead of just the traditional flowers that you would find at the grocery store!! read more

I have ordered flowers here for Mother's Day every year, but unfortunately, this will be my last year. Their Mother's Day promotional video was different from the arrangement I received. I reached out to see if they could help with this matter, and they proceeded to let me know that I could purchase more flowers. Maybe I was mistaken. I have been a customer for many years. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. I spent 100 dollars for a couple of flowers and mostly all greenery. This is total robbery and their costumer service is horrible. She helped us figure out the best way to store the florals to avoid damage during the hike, and was very accommodating for our many many concerns/questions. This summer, July 2022, we were driving out from California to get married in Rocky Mountain National Park. We found Wildbud Co and loved their style and arrangements. We felt it matched well with the natural beauty of the Rockies. As we were taking a week to drive out and visit other parks, we weren't sure how to transport the bouquets and how to keep them beautiful. Wildbud worked with us on designing dried bouquets that would survive the travel out to CO while maintaining the beauty and integrity of the bouquets. They used beautiful ribbon that beautifully matched our color scheme. The National Parks are very strict about what is allowed to be brought in, so our flower girl wasn't able to throw petals. Wildbud worked with us on creating a flower girl bouquet perfectly sized and matching to bridal/bridesmaids bouquets. We wanted to support a small business and although they are seven hours away from us, they sent me updates and discussed arrangements with me during the process. I felt secure that although I did not visit the shop in person, that the arrangements would be beautiful. Wildbud Co was able to create dried bouquets that lasted through travel between states that all my bridal party loved! All my girls had us bring their bouquets back for them to keep. The bouquets survived some Colorado rain and hail as well! We still have the bouquet up on our mantle and it is in great condition months later (October 2022 as of this review). I recently assisted a close friend in her floral selection for her wedding. With a personal background in floral design similar to the style of Wildbud and an appreciation/ passion for the art of floral design, Wildbud came across as a gem! (especially because there are slim pickings in our mountains!) Communication was very thorough: emails back and forth, a shared Pinterest page, in person consultation, etc. Understanding the importance of giving a florist the freedom to design, we gave minimal direction as to specific flowers we liked/disliked and more so just discussed general colors and vibes of the late November wedding our Bride dreamed of. Specifically we discussed ribbon color, floral color pallet, arrangement requests AND the one request by the groom to not have hare tail grass in any arrangements. Leaving the final consultation we felt confident that our vision would be executed beautifully on wedding day. Upon wedding day, the arrangements arrived promptly. The arbor, bridal bouquet, table arrangements and aisle arrangements were beautiful. The quality of the details however were not executed how we expected/ discussed with the designers. * There were hare tail grass in every arrangement. * The bouts were extremely minimal. ($15)(Pictured) There were no fresh blooms in any of them besides the grooms. The grooms bout had an anemone which died before the ceremony. (As a florist, one should know not to put an anemone in a bout because of how delicate of a flower it is) 6/10 bouts were worn because there wasn't enough substance to pin them on. * The corsages for the mothers and grandmothers all fell apart before the ceremony and could not be worn. * The two large aisle arrangements for the entry had 3-5 roses and about 4 sweet peas ($200 each) (Pictured) * The ribbon color was not the same or even close to what we had hand picked in the shop with the designers. There was hardly enough ribbon to tie on the corsages or the flower girl's head band...most defiantly not enough to even attempt at tying a bow. And the bridesmaids bouquets didn't have any cascading ribbon to match the brides bouquet as we had discussed. The mother of the bride followed up with the designers in person and shared our disappointment with the details of their work. Wanting to support the small mountain town shop she gave an open door to make things right considering the large bill that comes with wedding florals. The shop never got back to her. read more

Wildbud did a really beautiful job on flowers for my wedding- they looked rustic, sweet, warm, and inviting. I like that they source from local growers and try to use flowers that are seasonal as well. Lisa and Chey were easy to work with and quick to reply to emails. They went out of their way to deliver my bouquet and hair piece to an off-site cabin where I was getting ready so I didn't have to send someone to get them. A really sweet gesture. We had to cancel our wedding due to COVID. We had to fight Wildbud to get our money back as they did not want to give ANYTHING back. No services were even rendered!!! Our wedding was scheduled for October and we canceled in August. We were fully paid up $2300. It is not our problem that the money was already spent ( they said it was already spent on someone's else's wedding) as it was not spent on our wedding!!Finally my husband convinced them to at least give us half back but in my mind this is still completely unacceptable. Bad business on their part and unethical. We paid these people early, took none of their time except over email and never even met them since we live so far away. It's sad that it had to turn out this way as we know every small business is struggling, but this is no way to go about dealing with cancelled weddings that people are heartbroken over. read more
