She came to our first meeting fully prepared with a slide deck and immediately understood my vision. I really appreciated her professionalism and how thoughtfully she worked to stay within my budget - offering creative suggestions that brought everything to life without compromising what I had envisioned. Leading up to the wedding Jinger and her daughter Michaela answered to all my emails so quickly and little things like that truly helped ease my wedding planning stress. I still remember walking into the venue and seeing all the floral arrangements - I was sooo impressed!!! I could not stop thanking them that day - I was seriously so grateful. They did such a beautiful job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist for ANY event.

I've been recommending them to our couples for years because I know they'll deliver something truly special every time. Jinger and Michaela are so much more than florists. They are designers. They have an incredible ability to transform a space while working with the natural beauty of the venue rather than competing with it. Their installations feel intentional, elegant, and effortlessly beautiful. This recent ceremony perfectly showcases their talent. Instead of bringing in a traditional arch, they designed florals that climbed our iconic oak tree, creating a breathtaking focal point that looked as though it had always belonged there. It was sophisticated, romantic, and unlike anything else. Beyond their creativity, they are wonderful to work with. They are professional, organized, and always execute their vision flawlessly. As a venue, it's invaluable to have vendor partners we can trust, and The Flower House continues to exceed expectations. If you're looking for florals that are artistic, timeless, and completely unforgettable, I cannot recommend The Flower House, Jinger, and Michaela highly enough. They consistently create magic.

I ordered prom flowers and was promised that everything is custom made, while what I found online looked amazing, I was a bit disappointed by what I received. For the set I paid $160. It wasn't what I expected nor was it anything to write home about. Highly recommended shopping around.

At that point in time I made peace with their response to my review and told them that we could move on. I thought that I could lay the matter to rest and focus on my family during this sad time. Four weeks after my dad's passing, I was beginning to open up again to the world, when I went to my in-laws' home. My MIL had a letter addressed to me; even she was perplexed. It was from Starr. In a gross violation of my privacy, Starr wrote me a handwritten letter using my in-laws' address from their order. In her letter Starr claimed that she did not have my information due to me declining to share it and so she used my in-laws' payment information to find her way to me. Her letter was one full page, front and back, of defending herself and telling me stories of how she is a truly exemplary employee, even staying behind at the store extra late for another order. This letter did two things: 1) it reopened my wounds from feeling like I was unseen and unheard in one of my truest moments of vulnerability and 2) showed me that she still had no awareness of the pain she had caused since she did not apologize and instead told me stories of how she treated other people better than me. I then reached back out to the manager via Yelp to ask for a phone number and good time to talk to discuss something. They told me to just call the store number and stopped responding when I asked for a good time to be sure to speak with the right person. I decided not to pursue the matter because, honestly, it hurt like hell having to deal with this on top of my grief. It has now been 3 months since my father passed, since this all started, and I tried to let it go, but I decided to write this update. Albeit delayed, I think people should know the way this matter was handled -- vindictively with self-interest and an outright disregard for the reason why people need their service in the first place. What an an absolute disgraceful display of professional conduct.

Dream Flowers - A ceremony at private residence: a chuppa in white, blue and blush colors and rose petals down the aisle

But it wasn't just the beauty of the arrangements that impressed me most - it was the heart, thought, and care that went into every single piece, and that really shined through on the day of. We inquired over a year in advance after seeing Lana's work at The Club at Ruby Hill wedding open house. Lana was responsive and took the time to go over everything I was envisioning for the day, from centerpieces to arches to aisle pieces to bouquets. When I brought up the idea of a floral chandelier, Lana was so excited to bring my vision to life and work with me to create the chandelier of my dreams, which was refreshing, since some other florists I'd inquired with weren't as enthusiastic about the idea. Lana is also super transparent with pricing, going through line by line what each piece would cost, and I found her rates very reasonable for the luxurious arrangements she offers. I also loved that I'd be able to reuse my ceremony arch and aisle pieces at the reception to surround the sweetheart table, which felt very much worth it. We also got a one-hour in-person design meeting with Lana about a month before the wedding, where she prepped a sample centerpiece and made real-time adjustments to her floral recipe based on our preferences. She was so receptive and detail-oriented, going over small things like where to leave the bouquets and boutonnieres on the day of, plus all the candle and centerpiece base options we could choose from. We were feeling a little burnt out from wedding planning by that point in our lives, but Lana left us with renewed enthusiasm and excitement for our wedding. On wedding day, Lana and her team were there bright and early. I think the first sight of the florals brought me to tears. They worked hard all day to transform the venue into the pink peachy princess wedding of my dreams. The team also added smaller bud vases to my In Loving Memory table and Sweetheart table, which was such a sweet touch. Despite being so busy, Lana still took the time to secure my personal bouquet charm so it wouldn't dangle around and would stay in place. I also found out afterward that our welcome banner was falling due to the wind, and Lana took the time to secure it with rope, even though it was completely outside her scope. It really speaks to her character, and I couldn't be more grateful to Lana and the team for a perfect day. Dream Flowers really was an absolute dream to work with. I would highly recommend Lana and the team for any of your future floral needs!!

I stumbled on Dream Flowers here on Yelp after looking at many others, but ultimately decided on this one based on the designs, quality, Instagram posts, and reviews. The recipient really liked her flowers and was thoroughly surprised. It lasted quite a while. I'm sure it looked more beautiful in person. I plan to order again this year.

Neli's flowers are consistently fresh, and she carries some incredibly unique varieties. Not only are her flowers top notch, her customer service is too. When I first met Neli I was interested in creating my own arrangements so she generously gave me a tutorial on flower arranging so I could make my own for Thanksgiving. She's really great at guiding me through what works well together while also letting my creativity do the picking, and recently when she didn't have what I was looking for she offered to source them from the mart for me the next morning. Neli will also teach you how to trim and treat your flowers to make them last longer, which keeps you from going back too soon for more ;) I shop at Neli's for Teacher Appreciation week, holiday arrangements, bouquets to deliver to friends, and everyday creations for my home. 1/5 stars -- Completely different arrangement and disappointing customer service…read more I paid $285.10 total expecting the elegant, soft-toned Premium arrangement shown on their website. What was delivered looked substantially different and was dominated by 10 bright pink tulips, completely changing the overall color balance and aesthetic of the design I selected. When I contacted the florist, Neli explained that tulips were present in the back of the original design. A few tulip buds are barely visible in the background of the website photo, but they are clearly not a dominant feature. In the delivered arrangement, they became one of the main visual elements. Instead of addressing the design mismatch, I received an itemized explanation of how expensive the flowers were and was told they "cannot afford to refund orders." Their own substitution policy says the style and theme will be preserved. In my experience, they were not. I'm attaching the website photo and the delivered arrangement so customers can judge for themselves. If you expect the arrangement you choose online to reasonably resemble what is delivered, I would look elsewhere. , , Update in response to the owner's reply: Neli, your reply completely misses the point. I didn't pay $285 for a hidden "treasure hunt" of expensive flowers buried under a wall of heavy, fully opened pink tulips that completely changed the design and color palette. If a same-day order requires such a significant change to the overall aesthetic of the arrangement, a professional florist should contact the customer first and ask for approval rather than simply making the substitution. And yes, your suggestion that I explore other florists is one piece of advice I will definitely follow. Future customers can decide for themselves whether this level of substitution and customer service is acceptable to them.
