I went in for the 'summer sample sale' which was 30%-70% off gowns (off the rack as is) added perks were a free accessory and a free special occasion dress. When we entered we were immediately greeted by Kelsey, the owner. She explained the sale to my guests offered refreshments and her enthusiasm was so contagious and set the mood for the morning. I tried on two sample dresses and I felt like I could have walked out with either but I found myself comparing the gowns to another dress I tried on at other bridal boutique 18 days prior and come to find out she had in stock!! Although it was not in my size and not part of the sample sale she did not hesitate to pull it out and have me retry it, she was quick to accessorize it and had me in tears. I was upfront on the price I was previously quoted and she was transparent and told me the actual retail price for the dress which was under what I was quoted! She left a note in my file that I did purchase the gown during the sample sale and I would still receive a free accessory, a free special occasion gown OR a discount on my veil. It's safe to say if I would have originally came here I would have said yes to my dress the first time. I absolutely loved my experience at The Bridal Vault! Kelsey makes you feel so comfortable and really helps you find the perfect dress! My friends and family enjoyed mimosas while I got to play dress up in all the beautiful gowns! They were amazing with me especially since I had given birth 1 month before my first fitting. I had such an amazing experience trying on wedding dresses for the first time ever at The Bridal Vault and wanted to make sure I left a review! I've been so nervous to try on dresses because I really don't want to shop around. I wanted to find THE one and be done but I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't know if I would be able to find my perfect dress within my budget. I love that it's appointment only because you get the entire place to yourself. Kelsey greeted me and my mom and then asked me about what kind of styles I wanted to look at. One of the most important things to Kelsey is your budget. She will not try to upsell you, and she really works with you to give you the best possible deal. I was shocked at how many gorgeous dresses there were within my budget to look at. I was expecting to only pick out maybe less than 5 to try out if I was lucky, but we must've tried on at least 20 dresses of all different kinds of styles. Kelsey was running all over the place getting me in and out of dresses, and yet I never once felt rushed or like I was annoying her with my indecisions. I ended up finding the perfect wedding dress of my dreams and I started sobbing which I wasn't expecting to do lol. I just felt completely beautiful in my dress and was so relieved that I had found THE one. The dress is by Stella York which is my favorite wedding dress designer too. I highly highly recommend this place to all brides. I live in the Bay Area but my parents live in Jamestown so I made the trip up there to go with my mom. I absolutely do not think I would have had the same amazing experience and customer service in the Bay Area. Kelsey the owner let me, and bridal party come right over. I can't even describe the feeling I got walking into that shop. First of all, its beautiful, almost magical looking in there. This is definitely the place to go for wedding attire - and Kelsey is the BEST! My husband and I were invited to a black tie event and had to rent a tux for my husband. Not only was The Bridal Vault the least expensive place to go, the customer service was amazing. When the tux came in, we found we had under-estimated the side of the shirt, and Kelsey came to rescue with the next size up, preventing my husband from being strangled all night. Worst experience any bride could have. From the beginning it was not good, when my dress came in they had the wrong number so I never got a call it took me a whole week to get ahold of them to find out my dress had been there. The seamstress Carrie was so rude, did not want to hem my dress so it dragged and I had to get taller heels to try to help. Took my dress more apart than fixed it, it was too loose and fell down. She made multiple holes and tears in my dress. And every appointment she had us wait to do the work she slacked to do before hand. She rushed me through my appointments and did not do a thorough job. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. read more

I had the honor of having my daughter ask me if I would join her in dress shopping. We made a call to Kelsey at the Bridal Vault and she got us in with just a few hours notice. She took lots of time to understand my daughters likes and dislikes and budget concerns and she and her staff went to work. A few hours later my daughter said "yes to the dress". I don't even know where to begin. Kelsey made my day amazing. My dress was gorgeous and she took my appointment at the last minute and low and behold my dream dress was there! Her shop handled not just my alterations but the dress for my mom also and I couldn't have been more pleased with the work that Kari did. My bridal party got to get ready in the back room at the Vault and it was gorgeous. It was spacious for all of our stylist and a relaxing place to prepare for what can be a crazy day. They even picked up our breakfast that morning early before we arrived at the Vault. We ordered our men's suits from the vault too. They came in the wrong sizes but Kelsey worked late to make sure each man had the right fit. Kelsey helped with the coordinating day of and my wedding might just have collapsed without her. When my florist messed up Kesley went the extra mile to make sure we had our flowers. When we ran out of water, she made sure there was water for our guests. She bussed tables most of the evening and helped my clean up crew strike the reception. She ran rehearsal. She brought assurance in chaos. She was worth every single penny and more. She was professional. She stayed late to make sure everything went perfect. I don't plan on getting married again any time soon - BUT! If I was going to! This place.
