    I absolutely loved my experience at The Bridal Vault! Kelsey makes you feel so comfortable and really helps you find the perfect dress! My friends and family enjoyed mimosas while I got to play dress up in all the beautiful gowns! They were amazing with me especially since I had given birth 1 month before my first fitting. The dress didn't fit over my darn butt but we were able to order a bigger size in time for rush alterations. I'm so thankful because I was so scared I wasn't going to have a dress for my wedding! Luckily everything was perfect and the dress was beautiful.

    It's all about the bride! I would recommend this bridal store to all brides to be. The staff is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Small or curvy they make you feel absolutely beautiful. When the bride steps out of the vault, it is a heartwarming experience.

    A cute welcome sign with your name on it to welcome you in! I felt this was a really sweet touch.

    I had such an amazing experience trying on wedding dresses for the first time ever at The Bridal Vault and wanted to make sure I left a review! I've been so nervous to try on dresses because I really don't want to shop around. I wanted to find THE one and be done but I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't know if I would be able to find my perfect dress within my budget. I love that it's appointment only because you get the entire place to yourself. Kelsey greeted me and my mom and then asked me about what kind of styles I wanted to look at. One of the most important things to Kelsey is your budget. She will not try to upsell you, and she really works with you to give you the best possible deal. I was shocked at how many gorgeous dresses there were within my budget to look at. I was expecting to only pick out maybe less than 5 to try out if I was lucky, but we must've tried on at least 20 dresses of all different kinds of styles. Kelsey was running all over the place getting me in and out of dresses, and yet I never once felt rushed or like I was annoying her with my indecisions. I ended up finding the perfect wedding dress of my dreams and I started sobbing which I wasn't expecting to do lol. I just felt completely beautiful in my dress and was so relieved that I had found THE one. The dress is by Stella York which is my favorite wedding dress designer too. I highly highly recommend this place to all brides. I live in the Bay Area but my parents live in Jamestown so I made the trip up there to go with my mom. I absolutely do not think I would have had the same amazing experience and customer service in the Bay Area. I'm even more excited for my wedding now and it's all thanks to The Bridal Vault!

    After spending a grueling day going to different bridal boutiques and feeling quite discouraged, I decided to call the bridal vault at 6 that evening just by chance they would still be open and that they might have my magical dress. Kelsey the owner let me, and bridal party come right over. I can't even describe the feeling I got walking into that shop. First of all, its beautiful, almost magical looking in there. I knew walking in that I would find my dress. After spending an hour there, I found "the one" there was ugly crying and everything. I can't recommend the Bridal Vault enough. You won't be sorry. Kelsey and her staff are awesome! P.S. You get endless amounts of free champagne. Who doesn't like free alcohol?

    Had a great afternoon shopping for wedding dresses! Kelsey made us feel so welcome and offered us all champagne. Her shop was darling! I loved the couches, chandeliers, and other decor and the fact that it was a former bank and she kept the vault and made it part of the experience! The lighting was great and so were the mirrors. My niece looked beautiful in all of the dresses she tried on! Kelsey was very helpful and not at all pushy. I would highly recommend this place for a fun group experience while choosing a wedding dress of your dreams!

    We had the pleasure of working with the Bridal Vault for an event and we couldn't be happier with the results. The shop is the cutest things I've ever seen and the owner made us feel so comfortable. The dresses we got were perfect and I highly recommend them! They have styles for every body type and made everyone feel amazing.

    Seamstress insisted not to hem when clearly it was too long

    Worst experience any bride could have. From the beginning it was not good, when my dress came in they had the wrong number so I never got a call it took me a whole week to get ahold of them to find out my dress had been there. The seamstress Carrie was so rude, did not want to hem my dress so it dragged and I had to get taller heels to try to help. Took my dress more apart than fixed it, it was too loose and fell down. She made multiple holes and tears in my dress. And every appointment she had us wait to do the work she slacked to do before hand. She rushed me through my appointments and did not do a thorough job. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

We also know however, that the more you Google looking for answers, the more questions you have! Even if you have a venue, you now need to worry about seating charts, timelines, hairstylists, weather, forest fires, COVID, cleanup- oh my! "Do I even need a wedding planner?" may even be a question that you are pondering- and that is ok! The good news is, this review that you are reading is the review you need. As partners, we were asking ourselves these same questions. In hindsight, we would have been stupid to not hire Terri/Events Extraordinaire. Should you simply care about the bottom line, then skip the rest of this review and just hire her already! If you are interested to know why, please see below. Although one of us was skeptical in the value of a wedding planner, I can assure you that Terri's actions and efforts were invaluable in making our day perfect. From the very first meeting, we were relieved at the methodic approach Terri takes to wedding planning. Your first meetings are simply getting to know each other and learning what the couple wants to achieve with the wedding. Terri fairly listened to both of our ideas and provided unbiased feedback and guidance. These little nudges compounded to big decisions which encouraged us along the wedding planning process. Speaking of the process, Terri has one. She has timelines, 'day of' agenda's, and planning deadlines that keep not only the couple, but also your vendors on track! Although you may expect the planning process to go smoothly, just as we had, of course life happens. We had a serious issues with one of our main vendors (That we found before working with Terri) the month before the wedding. We promptly referenced Terri's pre-supplied vendor list and found someone who was more budget friendly, that produced fantastic results. Then, just one week before the wedding, the HMUA dropped out (crazy we know!). Terri picked up her personal cell phone that same day, to step in, and spent the evening with us hunting down alternates. To us, Terri felt like another family member with all of the right tools in her tool box to help us navigate the complex nuances of wedding planning. On the day of the wedding, we hardly noticed Terri- and I mean that in a good way! Seamlessly behind the scenes, our wedding day and timeline panned out about as perfect as it could be. This letter is a testament to her process, value, and care in wedding planning. Lina stepped up for us and helped put together a FANTASTIC party. She transformed a businesslike boardroom into a magical place for a ceremony. She provided the tables, chairs, curtains, most of the decorations, and did the floral pieces as well. She coordinated with our vendors and helped make the ceremony and luncheon one that my parents and their guests will remember forever. In addition to all the setup and coordination, she suggested a photo booth that would print out photos right there that all our guests enjoyed. She lied to us about having "a team" when it was just her husband and son that evening. When I went to her showroom months later to pay Genice spent time showing me all the treasures she had to throw parties from vintage crystal luncheon trays to mismatched silverware. I could tell she was someone that truly loved helping others figure out what they like and then gets joy out of helping them make their dreams come true. The night of my birthday party Genice and her team were hired to help serve and clean up. But Genice went beyond this... Several times she was seen scooping someone up by the arm and leading them to the dance floor. She wanted to make sure everyone was having fun. She helped me be a better host which was so unexpected. She has a contagious smile and a warm personality. She has chosen the right business and I wish her all the success in the world. Pre Booking: When we initially chatted, Melissa made me feel super comfortable and she cultivated trust. I had no hesitations and we went ahead and booked her. What stood out was her commitment to her clients and how much she cares about her work. Leading Up to the Wedding: We did a final venue tour about a month out where we went over questions and site details with the venue coordinator. It went really well and Melissa guided us in thinking through final decisions based on her expertise, but did an incredible job at prioritizing our needs and vision. I put together all of our contracts, tablescapes, and details of who would be bringing what to the wedding in a folder for her so there wouldn't be any surprises for her. Day Of Wedding On the day of our wedding, Melissa took care of all of the details which included overseeing set up of both the ceremony and reception areas at our venue, being the contact person for our vendors, and ensuring we stayed on schedule with our photographer and for the wedding. When I arrived to the venue, she asked a few questions to confirm details and then sent me off to finish getting ready. I ended up doing significantly less work than I thought day of thanks to her! She was so incredible to work with and she ensured that we could enjoy our wedding day together and not have to worry about little details. As an event planner myself, I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking at ways to ease stress and enjoy their wedding day! Having Melissa as your Day of Coordinator is worth the investment.
