Thankfully Brey was available and extremely helpful and assisted me through the whole booking process, it felt like I was working with a dear friend the whole time. I've never booked a professional photographer for an event before so I was bit nervous about the whole thing but she made me feel so comfortable and taken care of in the weeks prior and on the day. She arrived to the city hall location early and was ready to take photos right away, she caught great images of our small group of guests arriving, small moments here and there and wonderful portrait shots of both me, my husband and the whole group together at the ceremony, later at a local park and then at our small reception dinner. She didn't mind driving around the the city a bit to our 3 different locations and kept a positive and friendly attitude the whole time. The images she took of us as a couple are just amazing. We look so happy and in love, she made us feel so at ease the whole time. I can't wait to share the memories for years to come and with our friends and family who couldn't attend. She instantly made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. In just 30 minutes, we got dozens of incredible photos that we were able to use all over our wedding website, save the dates, guestbook, and in frames. We loved her editing style - natural with a pop of color. We ended up booking her because we loved her positive energy and felt so confident in her organization. We truly felt like she would be able to run the show and gracefully navigate any situation that the wedding day could throw at us. Our full length engagement session was just as amazing, fun, and high quality, generating more content for our wedding invitations, website, and more. In the lead up to the wedding, we were able to talk and text with Ashley several times to clarify wedding details and she helped us set our full timeline, which directed all of our vendors. Now onto wedding day, Ashley and Tyler executed the photo timeline in stride. We paid a good amount for both photography and videography. 10k to be exact. The pictures were okay. There were some good ones. The video part is where it got me. You'd expect I'd get our first dance included right? Nope! It sure was not. My fault for not reading the contract and not seeing our first dance would not be part of the wedding video. I just assumed it would since it's a big part of our wedding. If we want our first dance video we'd have to pay them more money... this saddens me. We'd already paid so much and they won't even include this clip for us.
