I ordered some items online on May 31st. I received a notice that the ordered was delayed and then I got the ready to pick up I was told their policy is to pick up within 72 hours. It's only 6/2/26 so I'm still trying to figure out how I am over the 72 hour period. So I get there and Atzin helps me. He says my order was put back because I was late and over the 72 hour period and I would have to go and get the stuff myself. I'm not sure why he is on the register when he can't count days. I'm hoping the system doesn't shut down. So as I was walking away to go get the stuff, Octavio comes to the counter. I can hear the two discussing the situation as I was looking at the candy bars in the candy aisle which is that far away. Octavio calls me and says that I don't have to go get my order myself and that he would. I agree with him that this is the correct response instead of a worker asking me to do what they were supposed to do. I had just gotten off work and I didn't feel like addressing this. Octavio brings everything I ordered to the counter while Atzin insisted that my order should have been cancelled. I just had received the email remind me that it would be cancelled after today but I guess he thought it should have been already. I was really grateful that Octavio helped me. As I was leaving, what appeared to be the manager discussing something with someone else. Instead of ignoring me as some stores do, he allowed me to exit first instead of almost colliding with me as some employees from other stores have. Thank you for your good customer service. This would have been a 5 star review if all the employees here had the same mind set.

Another male cashier walked over and asked what the problem was, he told him, the second male responded, we should have change. The male with the accent said, no, I just turned in my box. No apology whatsoever, unprofessional is an understatement. Lots of people NEED jobs, perhaps, this individual isn't one of them. I visit the dog groomer next door every 2 weeks. Thirty plus years ago, I was an employee at this Circle K in Upland. Yep, I used to work at a convenience store. They are story only... no gas station. Upon entry, I was amazed on how well kept it is. Bright and clean inside. Shelves were stocked and organized. They now have a beer cave. I said, WOW! After so many years, it looks better than ever. I strolled through all the aisles. It brought back so many great memories! When I worked here, it was a corporate store. Now it is a franchise. I was lucky to meet one of the franchise owners, Kevin. Super friendly and nice guy. I wish him and his brother all the very best in making this the best Circle K in town. Staff was amazing, too! I couldn't resist and had to buy something to support them. I got one of my favorite candy, Reese's Pieces, and $7 worth of scratchers. I still haven't scratched them. I'll save the scratch for Christmas Day. It was great to receive some wonderful nostalgia during my visit. I'll return to visit from time to time when I'm in the Upland area. Happy Circle K!

Unlike the 7-11 across the street. There were people hanging out at the front of the store. Inside it was well stocked and organized. I found what I wanted and went to the register. The cashier eventually came up and silently rang up my order. The only acknowledgment I existed was the items her scanned otherwise I have had more interactions with a self check out. They charge a $0.40 service fee for using a card. A bit high. This location has a Thrifty ice cream counter. Would I stop at this location again ? Yes if I needed something quick . Would I pass up an other convince store to go to this one ? No.
