Needed to get gas and stopped by here to fill up at the 76 station. Since it's a 7-Eleven as well and it's been pretty hot, I grabbed myself a Slurpee as well. The employee here was friendly and cheerful. He rang me up quickly and I was virtually out of there in no time. It's a smaller store, but they have some fun goodies available if you're in need of a snack! Gas station has a small exterior car wash as well! read more

Went in on a super hot day hoping for a couple of nice, cold slurpees. Put them both on the counter and wanted to pay with a $20. Cashier seemed put out to change this. I went to reload my CashApp with a barcode. The transaction was completed but when I looked at the receipt the print was not readable. I immediately brought it to the cashier and his answer was I am sorry but I have been telling my manager we need a new printer. Okay, I get that. But my question was, "Why Would you knowingly use this particular register for this type of trans action when you could have told me the printer was not printing legibility or switched to the other register which was printing legibility?" They apologized and said there is nothing I can do about it. That was not true, he should have never made the sale on that knowingly defective register's printer. There's really nothing to say about a 7-11 that you all don't already know. The coffees great and cheap, they have those little mystery taco roll things that are delicious, and this 7-11 has gas pumps. The reason I go is the people are funny and friendly inside and it's open 24/7! Yay! That's pretty much it. read more

Just like any 7-11 they have the basics you expect from this convenience stores. I only came in to get some lottery tickets and it was quick but parking can be a pain if you're not getting gas because there's only 6 parking spots. Depending on the time of day it can be a bit of trouble getting in or out but that's an 7-11 gas station for you. read more

If I could give negative stars for customer service, I would. I went to get my gfs car washed there, and punched in the code the clerk, TAMMY, gave me. The wash accepted the code, told us to drive up and park. We did, but ended up sitting in the car for 10mins with NOTHING happening. I called the 7-11 store number from my cell phone while I was still parked in the car wash to inform TAMMY that the wash wasnt working and if she knew what to do. To my surprise, TAMMY and her associate did not know ANYTHING about how the car wash worked. TAMMY then proceeded to tell me that she could give me a second code to try, but if that did not work, she could not give me a refund, it was my choice. What kind of policy and customer service is that?! So what TAMMY was telling me is that even if the machine that is providing ME a service I PAID FOR still didn't work a second time, then I wouldn't get a refund, which means I ended up PAYING THEM for a service THAT DOESNT WORK. That is a ridiculous policy! Not only is that the stupidest thing I've ever heard in all my years of retail and basic customer experience, BUT ITS ALSO ILLEGAL! Then, TAMMY decided to get real rude, her already questionable customer service "skills" went out the window. She was sassy and rolled her eyes repeatedly when we asked for a refund. And instead of being a responsible employee, she basically was avoiding the issue and allowed other customers to try and handle the situation for her. One guys offered us a refund from his own wallet and said "that TAMMY will pay him back later", now I don't wanna jump to conclusions, BUT, that seems kind of shady, hopefully TAMMY isn't making some type of "deals" for 7-11 on the side... read more

if i could give zero starts i would. I understand how this past weekend was the lemon festival and they are strict on bathroom policies. but while leaving my 5 year old daughter had the use the restroom. to the point she was jumping up and down. the closest restroom that i knew of was this 7-11 and while going in i asked the worker if we can use the restroom cause my daughter can't hold it and just looks and use and says no sorry. looks at my daughter and rolls her eyes. like i said i get the strictness to this on this type of weekend but it was a 5 year old little girl that needed to use the restroom. at least have some kind of decency. end of story. had to look for a festival worker to find the nearest bathroom. but my daughter couldn't make it and was so embarrassed she started crying. so thank you 7-11 for showing zero kindness to a 5 year old little girl. read more

I want to start by saying there is nothing wrong with the gas station or it's attendants.. pricing is fair etc.. my issue is with the "car wash". Don't waste your money.. I literally just got my car washed there and it doesn't have the scrubbing mechanisms and it focuses on water pressure to scrub or clean the vehicle and it doesn't work. the picture attached is of my car just after getting it washed there, it was a waste of $6 and I know its only $6 but it did nothing and I have a different car wash closer to my house that is $6 and looks a thousand times better.. save your money and get your car washed elsewhere. read more

Every single employee that works here is psycho. I've been hit on by an employee here, I've been insulted by an employee here, and a man who I believe was a manager accused me of stealing! I feel unsafe coming here as a woman due to the fact that every male employee I have encountered here has harassed me in some way. Also on the same occasion I was hit on I had asked to use the restroom and was lead to a very, VERY disgusting bathroom with obvious yellow pee on the outside of the toilet bowl and floor near the toilet. I hate this gas station and will only come here if it's the only option because it's 24 hours. And even then there's a 24/7 Arco a block away where I won't be put in uncomfortable situations by the employees. read more

This is my favorite 711 location. I hit the spot several times a week in the mornings for my morning coffee. The staff is friendly, the store is always clean and they always have what I am looking for. Despite the other reviews that were negative,I have never had a negative experience at this location and I will continue to return here several times a week as I currently do already! read more

All I have to say is, the morning shift workers are the absolute best! Every time I come in here in the morning I am greeted by some awesome employees. Today was especially cool cause the two male employees were just so friendly. I don't know their names but management, if you're reading this please give the two guys who worked on Friday August 15th 2014 at 730 in the morning a nice high five for me. I work at the hospital nearby and just got off a long 12 hour night shift and it was just refreshing to have your workers sound generally happy to say good morning. First of all they don't sell sausage biscuits, which is ridiculous cuz it's 7-11. second of all they always have low stock on everything, so I never know if what I want will be there. and finally, the only flavor of 4loko they sell is garbage ass pink lemonade smh. if Life didn't bring me to this part of town so often I would never come here, but the people that work here are always super nice :-)!! read more

Worst experience ever in this store today. Went in and got my car wash code and then sat in line for the car wash for 30 minutes. When I put my code in it said it was invalid. I tried to locate some sort if call button to reach an employee inside but no such button exists. Tried calling the number on the receipt and it has been disconnected. Went inside and told the cashier what happened, he gave me my money back but when I asked if there was some special trick or something because everyone else's number seemed to work just fine he said "sorry man, it's my Monday, I don't know what's going on". Suggestion...don't let your employees show up to work stoned and teach them a little bit about customer service. At least say sorry or acknowledge the huge inconvenience. I even tried calling another 7-11 to see if they might have a working number for them and that guy was on point even though he couldn't help me, he provided exponentially better service. I will never give this location my service again. I won't miss all the shady characters that hang around asking for money every single time you go there. read more
