Let me start by saying I've been shopping at Sprouts since the first store opened as a Henry's in Chino Hills! Been a customer ever since and my guess is it's been over 20 years. With so many choices why is this grocery store my #1? QUALITY- They are a Farmers Market for a reason. The produce is ON POINT ALWAYS. SELECTION- If you want to eat healthy there is no other store with all kinds of specialty products and the amount of non food products is amazing. I love that I can find Lions Mane Fresh Mushrooms, Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon, and Tom's Toothpaste, and all my Vegan favs under one roof. QUAINT- It's the perfect sized market. Not overwhelming. Organized perfectly. Extremely easy to navigate. You don't have to search for anything. Everything is grouped to create a sense of ease. ACCOMMODATING- I can always find someone in reach if I have a question or need help. And everyone is always super FRIENDLY! I want to give a HUGE shout out to the store manager, Jesus. Why can't every store have a Jesus?!!!! This man goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make his customers happy. I haven't seen this kind of DEDICATION in like...forever. This is why the Upland Sprouts is amazing. Because of his leadership. And he is why I will continue to shop here...along with all of the above! Location is great!! Parking lots is vast. Customer service is either top notch or a big miss. Which is why I will do the 3 not a 4. I've come by this spouts to pick up a quick lunch during my lunch break only to spend 10-12 minutes with listening to the sandwich lady talking about her life and what she has going on. Now I have stuck to premade sandwiches or wraps. I'll get some yummy snacks from the bins, like chocolate covered almonds, chili mangos, chocolate covered raisins or even raspberry lemon mango!! My review is not about a particular sprout Been considering speaking to a manager but have a feeling they will do nothing I used to be a fan of going once a week. Getting a ready to eat meal and this worked out perfectly for about 3 months. Most recently maybe 3 weeks or so. Food has correct date but food is old. Taste old. Even tried salads Food is just not selling or they are putting out too many. Don't know if date being changed because it shows current. But it's not Maybe others have had same experience. I told. 12/11/23 I'm hoping that I will grow to love this Sprouts location the way I did with the Lakewood Sprouts.... I'm still trying to find my way around town, new town/city & all. I was looking for the frozen fruit section & it was located by the dairy aisle which is a freezer unlike Lakewood's--it's a bottom freezer versus an upright top freezer (that opens with a glass door). I prefer Lakewood's because it looks more roomy & organized. Perhaps I just need to get to know this location & familiarize myself to its aisles & products' location. I am not one to write bad reviews for establishments but after a year of shopping at this store with the same experience EVERY SINGLE time I felt the need to write this. Every time I come to this store with my two kids, I always feel like I am being followed around as if the employees suspect I am stealing something. I truly believe they make the assumption I am going to steal something because I am a person of color who looks very young pushing around two young kids. I have waited a year to speak up about this and after many experiences of being followed around it is necessary to share this. It is not subtle, it is very obvious. If you think your customers are stealing please do a better job of hiding the fact that you are following them. I will not be shopping here anymore and will be telling friends and family to not come here. read more

Spent 20 minutes in the vitamin aisle needing assistance. 4 store associates passed by without asking if I needed help. Another store associate stocking shelves saw me and never acknowledged or asked if assistance was needed. Will not recommend this Sprouts as the associates don't understand what a hello (greeting), or assisting a customer is about. The associate in the deli department only was helpful. read more

I frequent this location whenever I drop my dog off at the doggy hotel that's in the same parking lot as this Sprouts location. This isn't my normal grocery store, but I do love coming here and picking up their chicken salad, their sandwiches and their premade frozen meals to go. I was feeling a little overwhelmed trying to put together a healthy meal plan for the week, and one of the team members (I wish I caught his name!) noticed I was scanning the shelves a bit aimlessly. He came over with a smile and asked if I needed help. Ordered a sandwich off of deli as a cheat day treat for myself while I'm sick. Ordered with extra mayo, even wrote it twice, asked for cheese and mustard and I did not get any of those. Mayo was probably a tiny smear in the middle of the bread not even spread out. Not only that the sandwiches have been disappointedly tiny. I used to look forward to sprouts sandwiches but now this is an incredibly large disappointment. Not to mention the sandwich wasn't even cut all the way which led it to fall apart. read more

Please put less cheese and more romaine in the Sprout's brand vegetarian Cesar salad. Some of the salads are all cheese! I also find bugs sometimes, please wash the lettuce better (requested with kindness, not anger). Also, I don't see many people buying the Sprout's brand beet, cheese, walnut salad. Beets are heavy and the small salad costs so much because of it. Please consider using dried cranberries instead of beets and I promise more people (including me) will start buying it! read more

I'm actually kind of bummed I have to write this review. I enjoy shopping at Sprouts. But recently, the quality control has gone out the window. I purchased plant based almond milk from the shelf, only to find out the next day at work that it was expired. I called them to let them know, and nicely, they said to bring it back. So I bring back the expired almond milk and go grab another one, AND ALL THE ALMOND MILK ON THE SHELF IS EXPIRED. FEB 27 2023. I told the girl at the cash register, and she just gave me the most blank look and said, "Oh... ok." I got my refund. Thank you, I appreciate it. Me and my wife love the chimi churri steak but lately it's been such a miss. You would think at $16 a pound for ready to cook/grill meat it would be trimmed up, but it's not. This is one of the many stores that provide great service and the employees are very courteous like Jesus and Jessica which are managers that go out of their way to make sure you're having a very good shopping experience. This store also has other hard-working employees that go out of their way like Maria / Anna/Gabby/NaNa/and Jihen plus many more employees.These hard-working employees are very professional they greet you when they see you and always ask if you need help finding your items.. If you like fresh produce and not hard to find items because this Sprouts does a great job of restocking the items at this location.
