Owners Erika & Mike know their merchandise and when asked, will send you sites to explore helping you find what you want. I've used them repeatedly to get items (small and large) to Alaska from vendors who won't ship to Alaska! Pricing is very reasonable and can include delivery, creating a major win-win! This freight forwarding business and owner (Erika) deserve 10 stars. Fast response, excellent customer service, better-than-expected results, and surprise savings! When we relocated to Alaska (past fall), we were told to expect certain limitations and elevated prices, especially for home purchases. We had bought an older home in a small town outside of Anchorage with the intention of remodeling. We had remodeled kitchens before, so I set a budget with 25-40% extra padding for Alaska pricing and began shopping for cabinets. The three initial cabinet quotes I received for the look we wanted had loooooooong lead times (months!!!) and / or were very expensive. Our contractors (Ursus Contracting Services), overhearing my frustration with the limited cabinet options, said they could help design and install Ikea cabinets if we could get them up to Alaska. . . and that's how we found Shop+Deliver by lulu (Erika). Admittedly, I had my concerns: would my order arrive undamaged, complete, within timeframe? For the ma$$ive savings, we decided it was worth a shot. Both Erika and our contractors worked with me to design and order my cabinets. They arrived on-time and waaaaaaaaaay below budget! The entire experience was top notch! Erika texted or emailed us back almost instantaneously and Erika even took time out of her weekend (and with her boyfriend) to go the extra mile (40+miles) to make sure we had everything we needed and understood how everything was packaged and organized -- which was AMAZINGLY helpful with all the IKEA pieces. This business and owner deserve every industry, area, business award possible! Fantastic customer service! Their prices are great, selection of items in store are inspirational and beautiful.
