They don't take returns, because with DME supplies, that's generally not appropriate. Before you accept you need to validate the item is correct (kinda like furniture.) My first time to shop here and I bought first aid supplies one day ago, tried to return it today since I found a full kit cheaper at Cabella's. Apparently, they won't take returns, despite the fact that receipt is in the bag along with unopened items that cost $70. Returned twice to speak to manager, but he's "busy" somewhere else.
