Visiting from out of town, we made it a point to come back here as we absolutely loved it the last time we visited. Their apparel displays are fantastic and their inclusion of posters of classic/legendary athletes are a great touch all sports fans can appreciate. Color me impressed with their unique and attractive apparel. While they seem a bit pricey, I'm not in the independent clothing-making-business with a storefront, so what do I know? With regard to customer service, my experience was a little disappointing. I'm a regular user of Yelp (as it is definitely more prominent in highly populated areas). I noticed the 10% off option if you check in. So, that's what I did and asked the employee for a discount. The employee was new and unsure so we waited for a short period of time for the manager. I asked the manager about the yelp check-in and she proceeds to say "we don't do that" and "we haven't ever done that." She ultimately gave me the discount, but was pretty dismissive and unfriendly, as if I did something wrong. I'd suggest management/ownership communicate a little better so that employees are all in the know about what promotions are available. Oh, and lastly, they don't allow you to use their restroom while you're shopping in THEIR facility. They told my partner to go over to Fassler Hall to use the restroom. What kinda crap is that? I love supporting local businesses and such, but I'm pretty sure we won't be back. read more

My youngest daughter has started at a brand new school in the okc area. This is a new "progressive" style of education. In an effort to grow the enrollment for Rivers and Roads, the administration decided to hold an open house/coffee with parents. After a lot of discussion, we wanted to get some T-shirt's made with our school logo. That way the prospective parents would be able to easily discern who they could ask their questions to. One issue, our school's logo was hand drawn and painted with watercolors. It's beautiful. But I wasn't sure a printed tshirt would do it the justice it deserved. Enter Opolis clothing company. The artist who painted this wonderful logo had tears in her eyes when I unboxed them. I can't recommend Opolis Clothing enough. I had a great experience here. We had a few t-shirts to return after my husband's birthday, and we ended up not getting down here until the Pop Up Shops were open. We walked in and there were about 15 customers in line. Eesh! A shopgirl realized how deep the line was, and said she could help anyone paying with cash. I told her, we just have a return. She just looked in our bag, saw two shirts, looked at my husband holding two shirts, and made the exchange. Voila! I thought that was so cool. Either she was the owner, or she was an employee who knew her boss would rather her take care of customers and keep it moving than spend a bunch of time waiting until you can get to an open register to essentially do the same thing. We were in and out in about five minutes and we love the shirts. We will definitely be back. read more

Placed an online order, and got lost in the mail, which I totally get especially this time of year, but reached out for some help or alternatives if it was never to be located by the post office, and they accused me of being combative, blocked me from chat, and wont return my calls. By the way, the package has still not been located by the post office almost 4 weeks after scheduled delivery date. Love their clothes, and just wanted my shirts, but too bad they don't seem to be too interested in trying to help people after the sale. Below is the chat that they blocked me from replying.
