Nice place to stop along I-10 to fill gas and grab a coffee or hot chocolate ($1.65). Surprised that there were so many different facets to the gas station. From the alligator welcoming you to the overhead Bud airplane, this is not a cookie cutter gas stop. The restrooms were very Covid conscientious. Surprised to see hand sanitizer in each individual stall as well as by the door leading into and out of the restrooms. Soap dispensers were also full. Grabbed a very hot, hot chocolate for the road. We usually only make 1 stop before we head home from our trip but I drank too much water so I had to make the stop. Glad we stop because this place was fairly clean and they sold hand food that is good for drivers. There is also a cafe next door that is connected to the shop. They also have an interesting gift shops and a huge alligator statue. read more

So much feel good items I just want to purchase everything with Fleur De Lis, Cross and yes even LSU because I love my state and love to have so much stuff to remind me of home. This place is a disaster. Restroom is a mess, overflowing garbage cans in the parking lot, dumpsters overflowing with trash and the truck parking lot is discusting! There is a man in this restroom cleaning it as I sit here on the toilet. I asked why he is in here and he replied " because I have a job to do" I then said " While it's occupied? Stopped to get gas, and the pump did not give receipt. That happens sometimes, so my husband went inside to get the receipt. There was a line to the back of store. My husband did not think he needed to wait to "pay" when only needing the receipt printed off. He tried to get to the front for a simple task, and stopped by security guard saying it was not allowed. I think it's absurd to make us wait in a 10-15 minute line for a receipt. The men's bathroom was extremely dirty, water everyone and no paper towels. read more

This is always my go to place to stop on my way to Louisiana. It is huge and has a nice variety of snacks and beverages. Also I do love the fact that there is a liquor store in the gas station and if you do want a nice meal there is a restaurant there too. There are several pumps to get gas and also big restrooms. read more

Got gas and looked around a bit. Everything you could think of is in this gas station. Even a casino (video poker). Clean bathrooms also.

I CANNOT BELIEVE THE AUDACITY OF THIS PLACE! My mother, who is in her 60's, accidentally dropped a shot glass as it was placed on the edge of a display, and when she went to set something down it fell off. Of course, she asked the clerk if she needed to pay for it, and go figure the lady said yes. Well, my mother went to the bathroom before she checked out with her purchases at the store, and when she walked out a security guard was waiting on her. He acted as if she had committed some kind of heinous crime, and treated her like a criminal. After confronting her at the bathroom, he then followed her to the check out line and acted embarrassingly, insulting standing next to her in line as if she was about to run out of the store. After paying for the item, the clerk and the security guard continued to confront my mother and treating her like a criminal. The security guard then followed my mother out to her vehicle where my father was waiting. This is without a result the most distasteful act I have heard of by anyone. It is absolutely ridiculous to have treated her like that. Worst customer service I have ever heard of, and the fact that she was so embarrassed by the rude behavior of the employees just exemplifies the fact that this store is a rat hole bump in the road kind of stop. It is sad that this happened, as my family has been stopping here for years during out trips back and forth to Houston. We had loved to stop in and get LSU merchandise as we filled up, but we will never go back. read more
