When I came on Friday night (she said she will be closing the store at 6:30 so I called her at 5:45pm saying I will be there in 10min), she said she left the parka with another store so come to the back door to pick them up. When I got there, the parkas were put in a box sitting outside of the store under the bush, anyone can come and grab them. Then when I checked the works, she had one of the parka embroidered in the wrong font completely. I paid over $100 to get these embroidery done and this service is so bad. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Owner said he was not at work (they open at 11) but he would call me when he got in with status of job. At 4:30, still no call, so I called again. He was a little put out that I had called and said he would take care of it immediately as it wasn't done. I told him I was running out of time and I needed it. He said come in tomorrow after 11. I went in at 3 PM on Friday, the charm was engraved, "48" on the front and "26" on the back not "2026" as the order stipulated. He also didn't give me a receipt when I dropped it off so I took a photo of the order which clearly said to engrave "2026" on the back. In his rush to finish the job, he failed to set the machine up correctly for the back. If I had my own business and was backlogged with work so bad that I had to give a 7 day lead time for a simple engraving job that would take 1/2 hour, I'm sure I'd be working more than 6 hours a day, 5 on Friday and not working at all on the weekends. So, in summary, if you want the owner to not call you when he said he would and engrave an expensive piece of jewelry incorrectly, he's your guy.
