When I came on Friday night (she said she will be closing the store at 6:30 so I called her at 5:45pm saying I will be there in 10min), she said she left the parka with another store so come to the back door to pick them up. When I got there, the parkas were put in a box sitting outside of the store under the bush, anyone can come and grab them. Then when I checked the works, she had one of the parka embroidered in the wrong font completely. I paid over $100 to get these embroidery done and this service is so bad. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I posted the review so that other potential customers wouldn't go through the same process of being strung along for months without information. Instead of replying appropriately, I get called homophobic slurs, insulted, and told to bugger off before an attempt to bribe away my review. I would never do business with this company and I just want anyone that does to know what kind of people run it.
