I messaged them through yelp on a sunday inquiring about the price and they responded pretty quickly despite the shop technically being closed. I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. I obviously don't recommend waiting until the shop is closed to pick up your project but I cannot believe how kind and helpful they were given my situation. Thank you so much Jason and Karen!

I was very picky about my placements and designs but they cooperated with me and they even showed me a mock up of the shirt before they started. They were very fast producing and shipping the shirts and also their prices were very reasonable. Before I got the shirts, there was a technical malfunction with the shipping sticker and I received a fee for it. I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . I will definitely be back, they did such a great job, my friend really loved her birthday gift !

I brought in an item to have a colleague's name embroidered on it, and I was initially quoted $40 for the job. However, when I came to pick it up, I was shocked to find that they had misspelled the name by 4 letters. They promised to correct it, but the item now permanently bears the markings where they made the mistake. To make matters worse, they charged me double the original quote. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of their service and the way they handled the situation. read more

Found this place online and needed to get a letter "A" embroidered onto a robe I bought for a gift…read more I needed it done within a week. I was happy to see that they were open on the weekend as I work late during the week. I came in and brought the robe and met with a guy who was friendly. We went over the different color options, fonts, etc. The robe was a light purple so I ended up picking a pinkish color to compliment it. What I should of done was ask how much this would cost. When I picked it up a few days later I was charged $24! ....For one letter that was probably 2-3 inches big? I also noticed that behind the letter there was some white paper still attached. I asked the person there what is this and they said oh that's common for embroidered letters to have that on. Uhhh I was concerned it would be itchy on the body. Not sure what they were talking about because my robe has a stitched "K" with nothing behind it....it just goes through the cloth..... Felt that it was overpriced for the end product. Will look elsewhere for future projects.

Needed a black lab coat embroidered and called several places in and around the Irvine area. I was…read morebeing quoted a ridiculous amount, which was at least double the cost of my $30 coat--no thank you. Finally I stumbled upon this place, messaged the establishment, and the owner, Hector, responded very quickly, with a MUCH more reasonable price. Though this place is about 20 minutes from where I'm at, it was worth the drive. Hector is very friendly and patient, showing me what needs to be done with the embroidery, as well as let me take my time in selecting the proper thread and color. He was able to get my coat embroidered (image also needed to be digitized) in less than a week. I immediately brought more things for him to do when I went to pick up my coat. He's been around for a while apparently and just decided to join Yelp! I'm sure glad he did, otherwise I'd have never found him. Thanks Hector, now I can personalize EVERYTHING! :D
