I ordered to have the embroidery done for my kids' parka, specifically asked for a certain fonts for different kids. They promised me that it should be done by Thursday (3 days after I dropped the parkas off). I came in Thursday and she said it's not ready because she thought it was Friday so she promised me that it will be done by Friday. When I came on Friday night (she said she will be closing the store at 6:30 so I called her at 5:45pm saying I will be there in 10min), she said she left the parka with another store so come to the back door to pick them up. When I got there, the parkas were put in a box sitting outside of the store under the bush, anyone can come and grab them. Then when I checked the works, she had one of the parka embroidered in the wrong font completely. I paid over $100 to get these embroidery done and this service is so bad. Many years ago, I received a gift for Christmas that I needed changed. It was a large, fluffy white bathrobe and It had my first and last name on it. I did not like that my last name was on it. The owner of the store was able to take out the stitching on my last name and put a beautiful flower instead. It looks fantastic. I was thinking about donating it to charity, but now I want to keep it. While I was there to pick it up, several clients came in at the same time. I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Liz and Theresa! I had to get a couple of acrylic awards custom made for an event that my department is hosting for our retired faculty. Liz and Theresa gave me tons of options and guided me through the process every step of the way, from pricing to style to fonts.
