Employees make rude comments about customers when they think no one can hear them. Management was also inconsistent. I was helping look for the lost keys and rolling around on a chair, which multiple employees and another manager were fine with. Then a different manager saw me and yelled at me in front of others instead of addressing it calmly or privately. To make things worse, there were broken candles and glass shards under the shelves, which is a serious safety hazard. Between the disrespectful comments, poor management behavior, and unsafe conditions, this was not a good experience.

It opened in 2008; it has a nursery, a huge home store (decor, candles, llighting, food, gifts, garden gear, indoor plants), a fafe, a greenhouse... Whether you're a gardener or not, Terrain is fun to explore. We visited two weeks ago, and I have to say that it's particularly beautiful in winter - all those Christmas trees in snow and a fire pit and seasonal decor... I started a fitting room with probably $600 worth of clothes. My daughter said she had to use the potty (again, she is 4) and I asked an employee if I could use their bathroom. The employee looked at us and dismissively said "we don't have public restrooms" and then said "you could try Fresh Market" (grocery store that is opposite side of the shopping center). This employee could see my daughter was uncomfortable so I left without another word. To any mom who has a rare window to shop, you know how difficult it is to do so with little kids in tow. Have YOU ever told a 4 year old to 'hold it' while you walk for 7 minutes to another store that *might* have a public restroom in the freezing cold?! I understand stores have a no public bathroom for a reason, I worked for 5 years in retail. However in my situation I would hope Lululemon would have the wherewithal to train their staff to recognize a stressful situation and make a small exception. If you can expect hardworking moms to pay $150 for a pair of pants, but not even grant them an exception to use your restroom, shame on you. I left the store so disappointed and embarrassed and I am prepared to never, EVER give Lululemon another penny which is a shame, because today they lost out on a sale from a loyal customer today.
