Family member has been in this Hospital since yesterday morning which is now almost 36 hours ago…read more The family member went into the hospital for possible internal bleeding. The patient was admitted but has yet to see the gastroenterologist who is the one that can determine what test are needed. Whether it be a endoscopy or a colonoscopy or just monitoring but the blood work. Waiting for 36 hours to see a doctor is way too long. Overnight family member vomited but got no help with being cleaned up. A person who works with family member came in early this morning and helped do the clean up. This is so wrong. Nursing staff or should have been more attentive to the needs of family member. I will update this review as time progresses but right now this Hospital gets a zero out of 10. Spent the next two days at the hospital and have yet to see or meet the Gastro Dr., have been continously told by staff that he would be in, yesterday it was even a specific time frame, we postponed going to lunch so we would not miss his visit. Surprise surprise the Doctor was a no show again, this sucks. Turns out the procedure would be done the next morning (today), wrong now tentatively scheduled for this afternoon 1:30. This continues to suck family member has had nothing but liquids by mouth and IV fluids.for almost 4 days. Has to be a better option!!

This place has no access to help on the weekends so if you have a complaint you're out of luck. If you get sick do it on the weekday because you will not get sufficient help on the weekends. I would not recommend at all. This place is terrible. They need to reevaluate a lot of things in this facility. Again I would not recommend going here unless it's your last resort. Take that trip to Baltimore. Horrible experience horrible. And it's every time.

This doctor is now at the Banner Alzheimer's Institute in Arizona and his office in…read moreCambridge/Easton, Maryland is "Permanently Closed". I sent the Arizona Institute a copy of my Google review for this doctor and asked them to contact me with any questions. They sent a response to my Google review, but then never returned my reply email. Before he closed up shop in Maryland, a local Salisbury, Maryland attorney, Susan Seidel Tilghman, hired by my lying siblings, hired him at the end of June, 2018 to "examine" my mother for competency and capacity. My mother was already in memory care due to Alzheimer's w/ Behavioral Disturbance. The "examination" by Allan A. Anderson was conducted AFTER the attorney, Susan Seidel Tilghman, (illegally) changed my mother's DPOA while she was a resident in memory care, removed me and named my mother's long-lost sister as new DPOA, and her own self as new Alternate DPOA. When the DPOA was changed in 2018, I filed a formal grievance against the attorney with the Maryland Bar Counsel. Bar Counsel could care less then, or now, even though I provided them with the Berlin Police report fully exonerating me from the false accusations. I did not learn about Allan A. Anderson's involvement in 2018 until February, 2020 after my mother died in December, 2019 and probate was opened in Cache County Utah. Also recently found out, my mother's estranged adult daughter in Utah put her name as joint tenant on my mother's life savings and took it all, even though she is disinherited by name in my mother's last will. In fact, the three estranged adult kids who hired the lawyer and the doctor in Maryland are disinherited in my mother's last will. They had no relationship with her for decades but are now fighting her last will, even though they are all called out by name in the will, and are all disinherited. When I received a copy of the doctor's letter, I tracked him down to Arizona and called him. He returned my call and said "he never intended that yet another POA would be executed". He had no answer why he wrote the false allegations against me without proof of those claims being valid or accurate. Not too smart of a doctor to continue lies in written format, imho. At the time of Allan A. Anderson's "examination" of my mother she was already in memory care due to documented Alzheimer's w/ Behavioral Disturbance. Over the course of two years my mother had been at two psychiatric hospitals, an assisted living facility and had loving home-care with home health nurses, before she was placed in a secure memory care, for her own protection. Allan A. Anderson, MD, in June, 2018, in-writing, continued false allegations of Elder Abuse and Misappropriation of Funds against me in a formal letter, that was then used by my mother's estranged adult daughter in Utah to execute yet another DPOA, through yet another questionable attorney in Logan, Utah, and named herself & my mother's estranged adult son as the new fiduciaries. They then prevented me contact with my mother at the new Utah LTCF, with no legal basis. False allegations were made by my mother's estranged adult kids, against me in 2018, to the local Berlin Police Department and the State of Maryland Social Services claiming that I stole "$400,000.00 and abused my mother". Both agencies investigated and closed the (false) complaints as "unfounded/case closed". My mother's estranged adult kids and the attorney then conspired to lie to the Maryland LTCF and the local Maryland Police Chief, and absconded with my mother, taking her to another LTCF in Logan, Utah where she died on 12.27.19. She lay, deathly ill, in a hospital in Logan Utah for SIX DAYS but no one contacted me to let me know for final goodbyes. Shameful. My mother's estranged adult kids also tried to get Protection from Abuse petitions against me in Utah, but were denied because the court saw through their lies and false accusations. I filed a complaint in March, 2020 with the Maryland Board of Physicians who has now opened a preliminary investigation into Allan A. Anderson, MD based on my formal complaint of facts. My dear mother was sick with Alzheimer's, yet she was taken advantage of while in a secure memory care unit in Maryland, and was further harmed by the negligent actions of this doctor, Allan A. Anderson, the attorney, Susan Seidel Tilghman, and my mother's three estranged, disinherited, adult children. This "hired-gun" doctor should be held legally accountable for his slanderous and defaming written comments, and there should be criminal charges against them all, including the attorney Susan Seidel Tilghman, whose only reason for sending my mother to this doctor was to find a position of power over the formal grievance made against her to Bar Counsel. It is now known there was a mission to "extract" my mother from my care, based solely on false allegations. Signed, Chrystina Taylor-Bird Loving Daughter and Former DPOA of Janice G. Pratt (RIP Mom)

Dr Anderson saw my name in the record as an emergency contact, and proceeded to question my friend about what he knew about my ex-husband (whom my friend had never met). Dr Anderson spent the ENTIRE session on this line of questioning. It was so bizarre and so unprofessional. And at the end of the session, threw a couple of medication samples on his desk for my friend, and said "Here, take these." This medication has known side effect of causing horrific nightmares--not something a benevolent physician would prescribe to someone with severe anxiety. This doctor is unprofessional, and maybe slightly unhinged.

I said no, I had heart tests done and no mention of it. No more questions, just sent me to the ER. They could find no Afib at the ER, after 7 hours. Went to my doctor. He said I didn't have Afib. If the doctor (he) had asked, I have tachycardia, and when I get an infection, it can cause irregular heartbeat. All he did was sent me to the ER. He couldn't be bothered. The woman doctor that I had seen several weeks before for a bee sting reaction before was great. To improve: get a new male doctor, and a people person for your receptionist! The word is out that it is a bad place to go for care.

Maybe they haven't had any HIPPA continuing education classes since the change over but that has NEVER happened before the change over. If I wanted everyone to know my information I'd announce it myself. I'll be going to Choice One from now on.
