The condo was so clean, bright and comfortable, beautifully decorated. The communication with Marcia was excellent and timely, very friendly and accommodating. She is the best!!! We loved our stay. Reached out after our stay and they told us they were wary about renting to the people above us (so they knew they were an issue) but did anyway and gave us no money back. We spent 4k+ on this place for the week and then had to spend the same on 3 hotel rooms for the week. Completely unacceptable and will never recommend.

Worst of all was paying for an ocean front room and not being able to enjoy the view because the window seal is broken, so the glass is fogged. The socket covers and lights were replaced during our stay. I emailed Vacasa and sent them photos. So far, the only response I have received is "we know about the windows" and the "socket cover/lightbulbs were replaced during your stay".If they are aware of the windows, it should be mentioned in the listing. Something along the lines of ocean view, through SOME WINDOWS.

The quaint town of Berlin is a few miles to the west. There are numerous golf courses in the area. Horse Racing and Slots are just 2 miles away. There is a 140 acre nature reserve across the street. It is very quiet with adequate parking. The beach is 200 feet from the back door and was never crowd. Gentle slope into the ocean and life guards gave us a feeling of safety. The private beach area in the backyard allows for private activities but also shared games with the neighbor kids. The pool was clean but not very big and some of the lounge chairs are broken. Shops, restaurants, and theme parks close by.

The house has everything you need for a fun family stay - a well stocked kitchen, plenty of TVs, the pool off the front of the house - and the beach right out back.
