Now my elderly mother is facing over $20k in repairs. We gave her over a 6 month notice for the non renewal of her lease. She has a very nice arrangement - and a nic apartment for a ridiculously low rent-and she doesn't want it to end so now she is making things very unpleasant. Her father needs to step up and put his ungrateful, troublemaker daughter in one of his apartments or else this is going to get very ugly for everyone!
