I've lived here for 2 years and while the first year was good, we have experienced issues like this one after another over the last 6 months. I'd encourage you to ask other residents and they'll confirm the same issues with JMC & Co, the management company. Example 2: The grills have been out of service for 4 months (April 17 - today). Ask yourself how any management company would let this happen? Example 3: JMC & Co has cut costs by eliminating the promised on-site emergency maintenance personnel. Instead they have one individual on call for properties located between Boston, Plymouth, and Providence. If you're locked out at 10pm and are second in line you'll be waiting hours to be let back into your apartment. This happens regularly. Don't rent here until you get something in writing in your lease about hot water downtime and on site emergency personnel. The prices are way too high for what you get. You are much better off at the Pinehills in any one of their properties. Hope this helps someone. Sean

The living room/kitchenette area was over 80 degrees well into the first night. Third red flag: my son dropped a Cheeto on the floor and it was covered in ants within minutes. Didn't see the ants before then, but they must have been there. Fourth red flag: room came with a roll and half of toilet paper. On the third day we were getting low so I went to get another roll. Receptionist said they only supply toilet paper on Mondays and Wednesdays. Any other day you want toilet paper you must buy your own. I asked more questions about that because it was such an inane thing. She said the toilet paper is locked up and that room is only opened on Mondays and Wednesdays and she didn't have a key so she had no toilet paper to give. Weird policy if you ask me. For hundreds of dollars a day it seems strange. I recommend you look else where. Fifth red flag: when I started writing this review, I looked closer at the policies (like maybe they tell you to bring your own toilet paper... they don't). Anyways, their listed policies providing your vaccine records to check in. Pretty scary in my opinion.

No more than 4! - There is not much to do there. So do not overpay for views. Only rooms that look directly to the ocean side have ocean views. Others do not have much to brag about. - The pool is ok. It is claimed as heated while it was not! But went there for the ocean and not for the pool. In general... rent the house by the week if you are going to stay there for more then 3-4 days. Otherwise, it is an OK place. Another hint. Last week of August SOME! rooms are going down in price and chepaer then other rooms. Ask for a cheaper room. Price does not reflect anything except the amopunt of money owner is willling to rent out they unit for!
