Then I get a text telling us we have an unpaid balance of $700 shortly after an appointment that we would have paid before leaving the office if we were told. Text speaks for itself. They also threatened to withhold our records until the balance was paid. Also, do not expect any fillings to stay in. I've lost 2, my husband has had 3 appointments in a month period because his kept falling out. My daughter ended up at Aspen to get hers fixed. I'm tired of fighting with a dentist that will accept both insurances and being mistreated. After calling today for an afternoon appointment and repeatedly offered an 8:30, I was told to just come in December. I have never written a bad review for anyone, but this one is deserving. Then I went to Wright Parkway and I was told I had severe gingivitis, deadly bacteria, and around 12 cavities. I was told similar things about my kids' teeth. I had to pay out of pocket for everything and every visit led to more issues rather than resolution. I wish I had gotten a second opinion after my first visit there. It would have saved me so much heartache and money.

I filled out the form, but before I handed it in I told the receptionist I was taking a photo of it for my records, then I turned it in. She was very nice, then she started getting my records, then Lindsey got up and went over and told her she can't give me my records they have to go to corporate and the receptionist looked at her confused. The receptionist apologized and Lindsey refused to acknowledge me or speak to me and walked off.i said this is why im going to another office and I'm going to call your corporate office and report you. I left and called their corporate later and they told me there was no evidence I had filled out the paperwork so they couldn't release my records, but they would send me a new one. I told her that was a lie I had filled it out and took a photo of it in their office on their counter so I had proof, they asked me to forward it to them and apologized for the behavior and said they would follow up. I emailed the picture of the release and as of today, 7 days later, I have never received my X-rays as I requested even though I signed and sent the release. They are purposely withholding my medical records that I paid for and I am now reporting the office to the dental board and the BBB for refusal to send me my medical records.
