He gave me a real estimate on the phone, not mumbo-jumbo like some of the services advertised in Val-Pak mailers. He called to confirm the service the day before, gave me an 11-1 time frame for the next day then called about 30 minutes before arriving and arrived a few minutes before 11! He and his work partner were friendly and explained everything they were doing. They kept me updated during the job and took before and after pictures. I am thrilled with the work and the customer service I received. I'll definitely use them again.
