We agreed on a great price and 3 days later when we had the only sunny day he replaced the whole roof. Great job and the work quality is excellent. He even went above and beyond by replacing 10 sheets of rotten plywood, installing new flashing on a leaking window, added flashing to my chimney and even placed new chimney caps for me.
