I made it clear that I had a lot of large, heavy furniture and I also told them the sizes of the two storage units that I wanted emptied and brought to my new house. I specifically asked if it would all fit and if they would make multiple trips. I was quoted a price for six hours including tax. They did bring most of the large, heavy stuff but took NONE of the boxes. Now I am left to empty half of a 10x25 unit in MANY trips in my car. Not only that, but one of the movers spent a lot of time trying to get out a splinter (using tweezers that I offered) and using the bathroom and the other guy stood around waiting for him. This caused me to be charged for an extra hour. I'm grateful for what they did, but it wasn't as much as I was expecting. I'm older and on a limited budget so I went with the lower priced option because she said they would handle it, but they didn't and now my arthritic knees and back are paying for it.

On Saturday, I called mid afternoon, and my driveway was clear before dinner. The best time was once a couple of years ago - they were there just 30 minutes after I called. It really depends on where they are when you call. The longest wait was during a blizzard last year, but it wasn't like I was going anywhere anyway. The best part is that you don't have to pay for a plow of 3 inches like you do with a contact. I think they will also do emergency service as well, if you need them to plow immediately (for an extra cost). I recommend 3D for plowing certainly, but they also do other stuff as well. To update that complaint I must say without a doubt the people in charge of that business definitely listen and monitor the content I received a call from a person who represents Global in a high management position. He was extremely interested in this problem, and in all truth he and I rectified the issue and I am very happy to report we came to an amicable solution that allows me to continue our business as before. The facility is clean, secure and well managed, and now very affordable.
