The driver loaded the vehicle cleanly on a flatbed, confirmed the destination address twice before leaving, and delivered it without any issues to the shop I'd already arranged. He was professional without being stiff about it and just got the job done without making me feel like an inconvenience. The charge was what was quoted on the call. For a standard passenger vehicle tow on a crowded stretch of road, this handled it without any complications.

Waited 20 minutes until I called back and was told my driver had been dispatched to the Walton county sheriffs department and was told they can not deny those calls and it would be another hour. That's fine but why was i lied to. I waited about 5 minutes and decided to cancel and get a refund. they had me on hold for 8 minutes and I received a call from the same tow truck company telling me a New driver was dispatched and 15 minutes away So that when I tried to cancel I couldn't get the full amount back. they denied that and said it was just a coincidence but even then I explained to them I was on the phone to cancel before a driver was dispatched. not only did they dispatch a driver because I tried to cancel after an exhausting argument I was only refunded half. Clearly bad business practices. Just go through the tow truck company directly and never use them
