I stalked the plump room's instagram so hard for a couple of months before I was sold. Off the bat, I noticed that she offered a service called "mini plump". I went through all the pictures that I noticed had that service in the description and honestly love the results, but I wanted also, somebody who I felt very comfortable with, and who was very knowledgeable. Even though I saw that she had the service that I wanted, and she understood the assignment. I still wasn't sold because being comfortable and having somebody who's very knowledgeable and has great customer service is also very important to me, so I continued to stalk her page until I could get a feel of her. Honestly, once she was on my radar it didn't really take much to sell me, because Steph is always engaging on her Instagram. She's constantly answering questions, doing lives, making educational videos/posts on services she offers. My fav videos/ posts are def the ones where she's doing a service on herself and explaining herself. I ofc ended up getting my lips done with her and I'm truly obsessed. Till this day I'm still waxing and shaving both areas, since I moved out of Miami and I'm not close to the only place that I did my laser and have lasting results (Lasoderm) I'm stuck to continue shaving and waxing until I find another place. My friend also did laser at Prestige and she had better results than me which tells me it may be because of her tone of skin being the Caucasian type and I'm more olive skin that the machine they use here which is the Candela Yag did not worked for me. The…read moresecond reason is because both David and his wife are very personal, professional and easy to talk to. My treatment: I am a pretty light Hispanic woman with thick black hair. I decided to do my underarms because I had to shave my underarms every. single day. I also decided to do Brazilian because I prefer being hairless in that area. I am currently on my 6th laser hair removal session for my underarms and the 5th for my Brazilian. I am sooo happy with my results so far. Currently I have no more growth of coarse black hair at all and only patchy thin hair. I don't have to shave until I go to my next appointment. It takes about 8-12 sessions that you do every 4-6 weeks. Is there pain? The underarms are very tolerable, I almost don't pay attention to it even at the highest setting. However, the Brazilian, oh man, you can get sweaty from the session and sometimes you have to ask them to give you a break buuuut I will take the few seconds of pain for not shaving and would still recommend laser to everyone even in this sensitive area.
