Turns out there is no video guy he just said that so it would be outside of my ability to get financing and i would have to pay out of pocket!! the system is garbage and does not work at all!!! they installed my doorbell wrong intentionally so I would have to pay for them to fix it!! the sensors FALL off repeatedly all the time!!! THE BASE IS FAULTY AND CONSTANTLY SAYS IT IS OFFLINE!!! i called to cancel as they claim to have 6-month money-back guarantee which they refused to cancel and keep stretching out this timeline deliberately refusing to remedy these issues!!! I have called off work several times to accommodate their tech - 1 of which said he did not have the time to fix my sensors!?!?!?!?!? are you serious?!?!?!?!!? I will continue to do so until I am refunded and released from this unethical misleading contract! The system is trash!
