I needed help! I called Wigs by Barbara and spoke with Frank who was able to accommodate me with an appointment same day! When I arrived, there were 3 women who began working with me. Apparently no one ever properly fitted the wig to my head and they took care of that. They also sewed in some clips to give me confidence it would stay put, as the headband wasn't sufficient to hold the weight of the updo reliably. They trimmed the lace at the forehead. Maria even did a quick updo style to show me that it was indeed possible to wear this piece that way. I have dealt with 4-5 wig shops in my home state over the last 20 years and this one is by far the finest. The level of service they provide is exceptional! They understand these products well and how to fit them properly, style them beautifully, and have you leave feeling so good about yourself and confident. I cannot say enough about this business and how well they take care of their clients. As I was sitting there waiting for my fitting, another women walked by me and said that I was in very good hands with Maria and the others. He hair looked amazing.
