They left stuff at my old house and were called back to pick items up. I still had to move things myself the next day I went back to clean. Items were damaged, not wrapped in padded blankets, secured properly in the back of the truck, boxes fell on other things in the truck, you name it. They complained about things being heavy, moved furniture and broke it, instead of using two people to lift it. I could go on and on. Needless to say. I will be looking to another moving company for my next move. It's pretty bad when the owner calls you to ask if you can help load things on the truck or if you can take extra things in your vehicle. They are another story and I would never recommend them. They called Mach and asked if he could help me and my move that was supposed to take place on Saturday morning, 6-29-24, finally happened on Monday morning. So I sat in a house with nothing but filled boxes ready to move and thank God my couch and TV were still there so I could watch it. One of their movers was pretty professional and very polite the other one not so at all. when he got dirt and leaves all over inside my new place, his response was, hey man you got some bullshit that you're gonna have to clean up. After they left I did find two nicks in my walls and this was a brand new build that they gouged. I paid them, but was never given a receipt. The other company gave me the cell phone of Mach . After texting him and reaching out to him at least four times telling him I needed a receipt for tax purposes he NEVER responded. To come highly recommended and do business the way he did was just horrible. I would never use them or recommend them again. So if you have a choice, please look elsewhere.

After two days and hundreds of dollars, I was left with a barely built and bent gazebo. This included whole pieces not put back on and a giant hole in the mosquito netting. Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. Sucks because they were nice guys in person, but I don't think this is the right career path for them.

They left four return air vents on the floor and didn't even clean five of the upstairs return vents & ducts. I paid $65 to have a short strip of carpet cleaned on my upstairs hallway and it's still stained. I had to call three times over three days to have them come back and finish the job. The guys were nice enough but complete amateurs. They bent one return vent while reattaching it to the wall. I paid $500 to have this job done and I have no confidence that my duct work is actually clean. I would never recommend this company. Bummer.
