The driver's were on time for our arrival and departure, very friendly and helpful with luggage. Both times we had very spacious and clean SUV's. I have no complaints, I would highly recommend them.

He was very snarky on the phone. Had a similar experience with the same driver a few months ago. Never again! Do yourself a favor and find another limo service. I called and spoke with the owner who said that driver has worked there for years and there's nothing he will do or say to him. No apologies or compensation were offered. Always nice, funny and courteous and most importantly always available. I have scheduled many trips ahead of time and the driver always arrived early, never late. Same for airport pickup. I never stress about it, I know someone will be there to great me even if my flight is late. They will of course charge you more but will wait. I also called at the last minute a few times for a pick up or drop off at the airport and they always were able to accommodate me. The cars may not be the newest models but they are always clean, I always feel safe and you cannot beat the reliability!

Bon Voyage Media provides you with a PDF map of all the attractions the tour takes you through which is useful for those who are linear in their trip planning and also for those who just want a general idea of where the attraction(s) is located prior to arriving at their destination. This is a great tool to utilize so that you can gain enough insight to decide what attraction(s) you would like to visit before you tour a specific city. There is an audio file for each attraction listed on the PDF map. The audio files contain a well-educated and very entertaining narrator who provides the following information for each attraction; history of how that specific attraction came about, who established it and what inspired them to do so, and where one can go to eat during the visit. The days and hours of operation are also detailed in each audio file. The main thing I liked about the Bon Voyage City Tour of San Francisco is that the narrator definitely described exactly what the visitor is getting for their hard earned money at each attraction the tour takes you through. NJ Transit Access Link takes a lot of time to even arrange and Logisticare is a disaster so who can we call to get around with ease? EZ Ride! It's all relatively simple, fill out the application and send it in, put money into account and when ready call for rides which show within a fair amount of time and pay a small ride fee per trip - Not as quick as Lyft/Uber, but about the time a cab would come but at much less of a price per ride. The Drivers are friendly as are the call center/accounts team whenever I have to call in. I'm glad EZ Ride is available and is just as it's name suggests - EZ to set up, my client gets in when the driver shows up and then he rides. With such limited choices in having people get around at a low cost but in a timely manner I hope that EZ Ride keeps up and perhaps even expands.
