I attempted to return a package of cookies and was told by an employee named Abby that the item had to be returned to the specific Harris Teeter location where it was originally purchased. This information is incorrect. Harris Teeter's return policy allows items to be returned at any Harris Teeter location. I was not requesting an exception--only that the standard policy be followed. Being given inaccurate policy information caused unnecessary inconvenience during what should have been a routine and straightforward transaction. The issue here is not the return itself, but the lack of accurate policy knowledge provided to customers. I hope store management addresses this through clearer communication or additional training so future customers do not encounter the same problem.

It had a lot of stuff the other Walmarts in the area don't have. Here's where they went wrong. The lack of professionalism from people who are paid more money than the rest of the employees. Two coaches hobbling around on a walk through of the store, talking amongst themselves, normal. Except for when a family of four crossed their path and apologized for being in the way, and they continued their walk in silence for a moment before continuing to cruise by with their lack of manners and rotten attitudes. No acknowledgment of our apology, no hello, nothing. Am I mad over the lack of being greeted? No. I feel disrespected because we have two children with us and we were getting them in order for which we apologized for possibly being a hinderance and they don't have the respect to acknowledge our existence. Did they forget about there fact that their bonuses are a direct reflection of their sales? Have they forgotten who the buyers are? Are they ignorant to the fact that without the people they apparently look down upon, those bonuses wouldn't be so good, would they? The names of the "coaches" were Tasha and Joe?- I believe. The last thing I'll say is that they need to be coached for the blatant disregard for customers. Obviously they are used to acting that way towards others, I can't imagine how their team feels having to endure their poor attitude and lack of consideration. They have no social awareness and must have forgotten about the 5 foot rule. Poor customer service, terrible attitudes and -1,000,000 aura points for setting a shitty example.

She walked over and asked if I needed a bathroom and graciously walked me back to the electronics department where there is a second bathroom. Incredible service. She was the front end ta on Sunday the 28th of September around 11am, I asked a simple question and she totally ignored and refused to answer. When I repeated the question she continued to ignore me. I wasn't being rude. She also looked at my daughter-in-law with a look of absolute disdain. I have never received such unprecedented rudeness from someone. She was from the black community and needs to be fired for her actions. She represents the company not herself when on the job.
