They show up on time as promised and they are fast and efficient, l have a lot of respect for their meticulous mowing around the gardens here. I don't have fancy gardens but they keep my messes looking orderly. They have trimmed oriental grass in the past and some juniper bushes this fall. They work in the fenced in yard, they trim the weeds, and they clear the driveway and sidewalk of clippings here. Bill does a great job of communicating; when he responds to questions, he manages to both listen and explain details. I doubt you could find a more professional operation than Buse Property Maintenance.

On more than one occasion I have first HAND seen how awful he treats restaurant workers. If he was a female he would be a full on Karen. On my last visit not only did he belittle the poor young women taking his order. He also thought it would be a great idea to "mansplain" several things to this women. If you're going to be a jerk to other people in public, don't double park your oversized work truck in the parking lot. (You know? The one that has your business name plastered all over it?) In addition next time don't wear a t-shirt with your business name to a place where you plan on making a scene in front of the entire restaurant. If you don't know how to act in public then maybe you shouldn't be the face of your own business. I would hate to see how he treats other strangers. He provided a quote for some landscaping work, including trimming bushes, re-edging, and mulching - and promised no later than three weeks to have it completed. I had just had a bunch of beautiful perennials installed last year, and confirmed with him that his guys would be careful to keep the plants, when weeding. We had to call him daily after three weeks to find out the status on when they'd be coming. Finally, his guys came and edged and weeded - including ALL of the new perennials - completely obliterated! When I called Troy to discuss, he said, "I don't need this hassle, I'm way too busy." Took no responsibility for the torn out plants, and said he would not come back to finish the project, and then hung up on me. WOW! This guy's a hack and he has one of the worst approaches to customer service I've ever encountered. STAY AWAY!!
