So I paid the Ticket Clinic hundreds of dollars to handle a red light camera case. I got one of…read morethese in Arizona and an attorney friend appeared on my behalf and had it dismissed. I studied law but am not licensed in CA so I tried to steer the lawyer in the direction of my defense... which is they have to know its me in the photo and if an attorney appears on my behalf then they will need to get a copy of my drivers license from the DMV to prove it is in fact me in the photo which they will not do and then dismiss the case. I get a letter from The Ticket Clinic stating Benjamin Issakhrian appeared on my behalf that after conferring with the citing officer (It was a camera!) that the result would likely end up in a guilty verdict and that it will cost me $550 with traffic school which I did. The only good thing that these guys did was delay the final outcome. It took over a year so that was good however I feel that they tell you that they will likely prevail and they sure didn't in my case. Some states are way more difficult. For example in Missouri where I grew up, most misdemeanor traffic violations can be fixed with an attorney. NOT SO in California! That said be careful!

This lawyer was by far the most unprofessional and unstable individual I've ever encountered in a legal setting. Let me start with this: he doesn't own a computer. That means any digital evidence you have won't be reviewed unless you bring your own laptop to show him. No exaggeration -- his office has no computer. At one meeting-- which I arrived at late due to a college midterm -- I had forgotten my laptop. He immediately went on the offensive, accusing me of being on drugs, saying, "What drug is it, huh?" Just for being late and not bringing my laptop. The irony? He doesn't even have one himself. During that preliminary hearing, he began angrily muttering under his breath, not just at me, but at the other defendant and even the judge. His behavior was so inappropriate and disruptive that the judge had to stop the proceedings and tell him to calm down. While I understand he is a military veteran, it was clear in that moment that he was emotionally unstable and unfit to be representing anyone in court. I paid this man $7,000, and in return, he showed up completely unprepared. He hadn't reviewed the evidence and even failed to recognize me in a video presented during the hearing -- a deeply embarrassing and telling mistake. To make matters worse, he was a no-show at the next scheduled hearing. The judge questioned his legitimacy, and my new attorney was left scrambling, with no documentation or case materials passed on. Total chaos. His office -- hidden away in a dark, unwelcoming corner -- reflects the disarray and dysfunction of his entire practice. He's aggressive, disorganized, and treats both his clients and staff with open disrespect. This was the worst professional experience I've ever had. Save your money, time, and sanity. This was also not an ordinary legal matter. It was a highly contested dual restraining order case with significant personal and professional consequences for me, and the outcome was extremely important. I was the person who originally filed for a restraining order. After my petition was filed, the other party filed a competing restraining order request against me. In my view, the other petition essentially took many of the issues and allegations I had raised, mirrored them back against me, and created a false and misleading narrative portraying me as the wrongdoer. Suddenly, I wasn't just pursuing my own restraining order--I also had to defend myself against serious allegations that I knew were not true. Being an attorney didn't make that easier. In some ways, it made it more difficult. When someone is making false statements about you and your reputation and career are potentially at stake, your instinct is to respond to everything and immediately correct every misrepresentation. This is where David's representation really made a difference. From the beginning, David had a strategy and a plan. He understood that we couldn't simply react to every accusation the other side made. We needed to take control of the narrative, establish the chronology of what actually happened, identify the inconsistencies in the competing petition, organize the evidence, and present the complete story to the court. As a lawyer myself, there were certainly times when I had my own ideas about how we should respond or what we should emphasize. But I also recognized that I was personally invested in the case and needed someone who could remain objective. When you're personally involved, however, maintaining that same objectivity becomes incredibly difficult. David provided that objectivity while also understanding just how important the outcome was to me. This case had enormous personal and professional importance to me. I put my trust in David Russomanno's judgment, preparation, and strategy, and he delivered the result we were working toward. As both a client and a fellow attorney, I highly recommend David.
