However that all changed when I entered month 7 Respect. Communication It was a lot of delayed care with the medical scheduling with my case manager to the actual attorney never responding to my call back requests for questions regarding my case on the medical side or litigation side I would call in 2 times a week with delayed medical care and communication on my case progress. Unless I called in I wouldn't get information. No one ever really returned my calls. The only thing I would get is automatic emails confirming I called in each time to my email. I have two cases with them. One is auto accident and the other is slip in fall both from year 2023. It is now 2026. I still haven't got payed or completed my medical care. If anything I was abandoned in communication since 7 mis ago. Attorney and litigation agent can't explain to me why one of my cases still in litigation. As one of them started June of 2025. It is now Feb 2026 and I'm still getting the run around. To be honest I think they got payed out all ready and diverted my funds illegally. My other case for car accident litigation started Dec 2025. And I have not been followed up yet with or talked to a litigation specialist as of yet I was being told at one point in the summer of 2025 that I needed more medical bills and billing system updated so I can get payed out more money. However it is now Feb 2026 and I went to all my medical apts billing system updated but they still can't tell me how much money I'm receiving and why I'm still in litigation The truth is my case is worth millions and I'm being deceived put on hold and given the run around. I will be reporting them to Attorney Board for mal practice, not to mention the better business bureaus and sue them. The receptionists Every time u call in expect 1 out of 8 calls u make throughout the week or month be returned. The receptionist don't really take calls serious or communicate who called every single time. You have to chase the law firm call in 2wice a week or everyday to get results. The first 6 mos is a game and a deception as they are great Pretenders and sell you a dream and get u hooked just to screw you later. If you know your case is worth $10,000 or more. Run very fast. This firm cannot manage money over that. They will eat your payout alive! Better yet Run from choosing this Law firm.

I talked to several process servers and explained all our struggles and difficulties. I asked each of them how they would handle the situation if our defendant proved impossible to serve after trying. Chris's answer to that question was a confident laugh and, "I will have him served." That's why I went with him, and I am very happy I trusted my gut. Chris was able to take the limited clues and information we provided, track him down, and complete substituted service when personal service was not realistically possible. What impressed us most was not just that Chris got the defendant served, but what happened afterward. Close to the hearing, the defendant filed a Motion to Quash Service and also sent us a separate packet challenging the service that had not even been properly filed with the court. It was stressful and confusing, but Chris immediately stepped in, provided detailed records, explained the applicable small claims service rules, and helped us understand exactly how to respond. Chris was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He did not just serve the papers and disappear -- he stood behind his work and helped us deal with the defendant's attempt to challenge service. The judge ultimately denied the defendant's Motion to Quash and found the service to be valid and sufficient. Serving the defendant was the biggest hurdle in our case, and I am so happy Chris helped us get over it. Now that we've won the judgment, Chris is even guiding us on how to claim the service fee, as it's allowed to be recovered by law. We truly appreciate Chris' professionalism, fast response time, attention to detail, and endless patience in explaining the process when we were panicking. When I picked up my settlement check, Fernando--an employee of West Coast Trial Lawyers--personally handed me the check. At that time, I gave him $200 in cash and three bottles of alcohol. Looking back, I REGRET doing that. I was PRESSURED... I was afraid to come empty handed. I had to delay picking up my check because of this matter. Ironically, the firm is now finally returning the $200 cash. During this process, Neema Rahmani (PRESIDENT) stated he was unaware of the cash and the alcohol bottles. However, I have text messages from Fernando referencing the tequila bottle and the check. Those messages speak for themselves. Unjust and unfair behavior don't you think ? Based on my experience, I have completely LOST confidence in this firm. If you're considering hiring them, ask detailed questions about how overpayments, reimbursements, and client funds are handled before signing anything. My experience was months of delays, conflicting information, repeated follow-ups, and waiting for money the firm acknowledged in writing was owed to me. This legal firm is amazing. They helped us out in the best ways possible with a great outcome after going through so much with my husband's work injury. Every single one of the attorneys from this firm are amazing, they have a personality that is capable of intimidating anyone, but at-the same time make you feel sure that you are in good hands, and that everything is going to be ok because they got your back, and that is a very good feeling. "OMG! I give them a 1 star for courtesy." I wouldn't give any, they for sure are very dishonest and pose a danger to people injured. The attorney knows exactly, what is being transpired with many injured workers being abuse by Doctor S and the courts trials and this firm comes part of it. It's a danger to even consult with them. The receptionist is not helpful, and Terry Lopez is never available. I hired David Issapour after a serious work injury where I drilled through my thumb on the job. Instead of focusing on my actual injury and my employer's lack of sympathy or giving me enough time to heal, the office tried claiming complete disability, which was not my main issue and ultimately caused more problems for me. David Issapour himself has been not helpful at all. I even managed to get his personal phone number, and he still does not respond. Because of the lack of communication, direction, and advocacy, I ended up losing everything. When you're injured and trusting an attorney to protect your livelihood, you expect guidance, responsiveness, and support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

CA law states it must be sent 10-14 days after its requested. I have texted and called multiple time - no one answers calls or texts back. I will file a BAR complaint under Core Rule: California Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.16(e) if I do not receive my file in the next 5 business days. Respond to your texts!!!
