The owner/director is extremely rude to the staff and does not create a healthy work environment. There is also a clear bias and disrespect toward Americans, which is deeply concerning and unprofessional. Teachers are emotionally abusive to the children and lack patience, especially with kids who have special needs. If your child needs extra care or attention, this is not the place for them. If your child misses a day, there is no follow-up or concern from the school. Communication is nearly non-existent. Children are often not properly supervised, raising serious safety concerns. Staff are punished for taking time off, which leads to frustration and burnout--and unfortunately, the children feel the effects of that stress. Throughout the evening, she sent us pictures and updates, letting us know he was doing great and telling us not to worry. That gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.
