After 20 minutes she finally called her supervisor and whatever she did seemed to work and she took my $10. Then since a line had formed behind me (about 5 people) she helped them and I really didn't know what the procedure was - where the lotion and masks were and the like. She seemed too busy to offer much assistance and when she saw me come back out to the desk she looked at me like - do you need help? I said yes - I had never done it before. In short, she was nice but offered no assistance. Frustrated after being there for 45 minutes and getting no services or help I asked for my money back and said that I just decided to scrap the idea. She was nice enough about offering a refund. Bottom line - if you've never had a spray tan - don't go here. They don't have enough help and you won't get any assistance. They were nice but they need another person there to help newbies like me.
