Phil Dyne, technician/owner was prompt and friendly. He explained his rates. Phil preformed a diagnostic test & found the problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Parts were ordered that very day. He personally went to pick them up. Upon return he had us running within an hour! He replaced our 12volt heating element and the circuit board. I live in Glenwood Springs, CO and was visiting Telluride for a few days when my car hit a large…read morerock, got a flat tire on the front passenger side and actually ended up bending the wheel axle or whatever (I don't know much about car stuff) to where the wheel was actually rubbing on the rim. So, after getting help putting my spare on, I head over to this shop which was nearby to get it fixed up. I didn't have an appointment of any kind, but the owner and workers there (I forget their names) were super helpful and even had the owner's wife drive all the way from Montrose to deliver a part that my car needed to get the wheel aligned again. If it weren't for them, I don't even know if I would've gotten back home that same night, and I am super grateful that they helped me in such a trying time.
