Telluride Roadrunner is da BOMB!…read more Me and my hubby rolled into Telluride and at the first roundabout there were some HUGE potholes! It was a shaded part of the road so we couldn't see them. Post-pothole...as we continued down the main drag at 15 miles per hour the tire pressure was depleting fast. We make a quick u-turn and headed back outta town to the Shell Station. When we finally made it we were at 9 psi...yikes! At first my hubby contemplated replacing the tire on his own, but we've got AAA Roadside Assistance so why not make due on our membership. AAA dispatched a tech from Telluride Roadrunner that was finishing a job in Norwood and said he'd be in T-ride in about 45 minutes. When our tech David arrived...he got that spare tire on in record time!!! Seriously, it took him maybe 10 minutes tops to replace it! Well 6.5 months later my bike is in worse shape than when i brought it in! What does this neanderthal think? Every time i called to see how far along its going he tells me I'm short staffed! I even brought him a potential worker! And all summer he kept telling me Im short staffed then he told me his mother had a stroke! I DON'T BELIEVE ANY OF IT! Total incompetent mechanic. I did bring my dirt bike tire in once! he didnt even remove the spike that popped it in the first place so i drove to my riding spot 50 miles, as soon as i started to ride the back tire went flat! Mind you it was my day off and I even told them to pull the spike OUT! Please do not do business with this person as I had The worst moto shop experiance of my life! Even though my car is a 13 yr old Prius with 200k miles he was careful to adjust the ramp and use blocks to avoid scraping the bumper. AAA set up the appointment and I called to give a better location. The owner (I presume) answered and was friendly and helpful. This was in a Sunday afternoon. Nobody wants to work then but neither of them acted like I was a bother. I can't comment on the price, as AAA payed it but I'd definitely be calling Apex next time I have need.
