Just got my Jeep detailed by Aaron and Sean and I feel like I have a brand new car!! The guys came all the way out to me and took the keys and that was it! The windows are clean, carpets and seats cleaned and even my engine is sparkling clean! They provided all of the equipment on their truck and we didn't have to supply anything. My Jeep Wrangler rolled 130k miles on the day that Adam and Sean detailed it. It's a Jeep and it's been treated like a Jeep (off road, my dog's car, hauled a camper...). I am very pleased with the service that was provided! My boyfriend left his soda in my car last weekend & it (of course) exploded due to the high temps in AZ. There were soda stains all over the headliner of my car after I did a little research I came across Showcase Mobile Detailing. I decided to go with Showcase because of their reviews and reputation on Yelp. Scott was awesome with communication and the process of setting up an appointment was very easy! Scott was very straight forward & mentioned that even though they would be scrubbing & extracting the soda it was possible that the stains wouldn't come out. We have a 1.5 year old Chiweeenie (= Chihuahua + Dachshund) who normally sleeps in our car during trips. Well on Saturday night, he decided to explode. Now I'm not talking machine gun flatulence, no sir... I'm talking a poop nuke with +10 splash damage all over the passenger side seat. Turns out the little guy experienced a bout of acute pancreatitis just as we hit the freeway. Not only did he manage to baptize the passenger side seat, but he also managed to get it all over anyone who got close to him. Anyway, he's recovering nicely after a visit to the veterinarian, but my passenger side seat didn't fare as well. We sprayed it with just about every cleaner we had, but the poop tattoo was resilient. We found Scott through the interwebs and he was gracious enough to move around his schedule so he could drop by asap (he initially wasn't available until the weekend since he's detailing cars for the D-Backs and Angels, but was able to squeeze us in on Wednesday). He did an incredible job -- the seat looks as good as new and the rest of the interior is fresh and clean. I highly recommend Scott -- he's a savior and a great guy, and I can only imagine how well he can clean a car that hasn't been crapped in. read more

Another satisfied customer here! I found Scott on Yelp and thought, this has to be too good to be true...it's not! I called to book an appt and Scott promptly returned my call and email as well. Scott and his crew arrived 5 mins early and they were clean, professional, and very warm and friendly. I LOVE the fact that he is mobile and could just come to me. The LAST thing I want to do is drag a 3 and 5 year old out in the heat and have to go somewhere and wait for hours. Anyway, Scott asked me to show them my car and any particular concerns I had. I was really embarrassed showing them my car. I have 2 toddlers that destroy the inside on a daily, so my expectations were low that they could get out the chocolate milk stains on the ceiling, the gum on the seats, stickers on the windows, and whatever other kind of crust and goo spills, food, icees or whatever, that had been baking on the upholstery for who knows how long... They got it ALL. I'm serious. They finished in about an hour and a half, which surprised me because they were very thorough. After they were finished, they showed me the car and I was literally standing there in shock. It was an unrecognizable new car. Top notch work and customer service. Well done. What a class act Scott and his help are. Showed up exactly when he said he would. Keeps you posted of where he is at with the detailing at all times. He's doing what he loves and his work and attitude show it. My car looks spectacular too. No short cuts. 3 coats of wax, and did not charge extra-through it in because the vehicle is black, and this is what you do if you want the best appearance-so you can tell his is proud of his work and treats your car like his own. Even removed all the brake dust from the wheels and great engine detail. My 10 year old car looks as it did new now. I can't recommend Scott and crew enough. read more

Good--nice solid service. These guys knocked themselves out cleaning my cars. There is not a crumb to be seen, and the food stains on the seats are almost gone. Really nice work. It wasn't cheap, but if you want a good job, you need to pay for it. These guys made it worth the money and we will certainly use them again if the need arises. Three criticisms (hence the missing star): 1. There was still some smudge on the windows. I don't expect perfection in anything, but there was a LOT of smudge and smear over the inside of the windshield that was not visible until you actually got behind the wheel and drove. Some remnants of cleaner were also visible--maybe they rushed? 2. They killed by battery. No big deal--they jumped it and everything is okay, but this did take extra time. 3. Guys, if you want to take a smoke break, be my guest. Just don't drop your butts on my driveway. Without these, five stars. read more

Spills, crumbs, bottles, cups, cans, clothes. These are just some of the things that are in, were in, my truck. I drive at least an hour and a half a day to and from work. When I get out of my truck I don't wanna get back in it or even look at it. Oh and did I mention that I have teenagers? And that I'm a girl that doesn't do vehicle maintenance very well? To say it was dirty inside would be an understatement. I saw a review for Showcase and decided to give them a call. Let's start with scheduling my appointment. Scott was willing to go anywhere I was in order to get the job done. I work downtown and normally park in a parking structure, and he was willing to come to me. However, because my parking structure is secured we had to make other arrangements. After offering a few different days we settled on my apartment complex which actually has an area to clean your vehicle. Yes I know what you are thinking, so scroll back up and read the part about I don't do vehicle maintenance well. My truck has two toned tan and beige leather seats. The tan was almost brown and the beige was almost tan. Obviously they don't look like brand new but they still look incredible. When you spend as much time in your vehicle as I do cup holders and consoles become holders for everything. And a lot of that everything ends up being trash, dust and dirt. When coffee is spilled on the way to work in the morning and there is nothing available to wipe it up with right away it becomes a sticky mess in the AZ sun by the end of the day. As does soda left in a cup in the backseat that the children left from the day before. Now my cup holders are clean. Even the cup holder in the back. The carpet is clean, the consoles are shiny. The vehicle that I was not planning on keeping, that now has to last as long as possible, has renewed life. read more

Scott and his partner did SUCH a great job detailing my car (inside and out)! Even my fiancé who is extremely critical (especially of car details), commented on what a great job they did. I have used two other mobile detailers in the past and have been very disappointed, given the amount of money paid. This was absolutely not the case with Scott. Attention was given to every nook and cranny. Worth. every. penny. To top it off, Scott is such a nice guy and you can tell that he puts pride into his work and business. I had a nasty rust stain on the back left side of my car from a leaking pipe, he personally came to my house to look at the problem. I inquired several places for quotes for interior car detailing. Superior had the highest quote but had the most feedback. We had just purchased an older minivan and I wanted it clean. They were on time and professional. They did a nice job taking care of the carpet and surfaces. I didn't think they would work a miracle but it was a nice job. Had them detail my sons truck. Was in very bad shape plus previous owner had been a smoker. 2 guys came around on time and worked for several hours to clean up the truck. They were very upfront about several large black stains they thought they might not be able to remove. As it turned out they were able remove most of the dirt and stains and trucks looks much much better. Very friendly, hard working guys and great communications. All around great job. Scott is by far the best guy when it comes to car detailing and giving great info. on cleaning your own car. I called him a couple weeks ago and told him I just bought a used car that has a strong cigarette smoke smell and nothing I was trying was working. He suggested I should replace the (inside) air filter and put a couple boxes of arm and hammer baking soda somewhere in the car. I did that and after just a few days, I could already tell a difference. He also told me to look around and other detailing companies and if I found someone else I liked better, we could cancel the appointment, no questions asked. I was taken aback because everywhere else I called would say ANYTHING that sounded good just to have me use their business but not Scott. He is honest, so helpful, friendly and pretty funny. He even showed up early and helped me clear my car of everything that was in it. After Scott and his assistant finished detailing the inside of my car (which is what I was planning on) they pulled up and told me they saw I needed the outside washed so the washed it FOR FREE! Half-off a wash, wax and interior clean. For an SUV, this was normally a $120 service for $60! I called Scott and set up a mutually convenient appointment. Scott arrived right on time and called me upon arrival. He set to work right away with his mobile detail trailer. As promised, he was done within 90 minutes and my BMW X5 looked fantastic. I am normally really hesitant about trusting people to detail my car as I like to do it myself, but I will call Scott again. The wash, wax and clean was simply awesome. My car looks like it came off the dealership floor. On top of a great service, Scott was honest and didn't try to upsell me on any additional and/or unnecessary extras. I was looking for a detail company to come out and take care of my baby. I'm very picky and normally do this myself as I am constantly disappoint with the results of other details. Not this time! I called Scott on Sunday and left a message, he called me back first thing on Monday morning (which I totally expected with the original call being on a Sunday). We scheduled for the next day at noon.The two guys that showed up to take care of my truck were awesome. They explained everything they were going to do with my truck and proceeded to do just that over the next 2 and a half hours. They asked to do the wax inside my garage which I agreed to, while in the back of my mind thinking they are going to get wax sprayed all over my stuff because I do exactly that whenever I use an orbital buffer. Not a drop of wax was detected on any of my things!!! So impressed! So what did I love?: I would have given them six stars is I could because of one thing. The guys were running late from another job and Scott called to say he was sorry but they were running about an hour late. Amazing! Such a simple things to do to show respect for someone's time, but very rarely happens these days...keep it up Scott! They brought everything they needed with them...no need to borrow my hose and water like other companies. They cleaned everything and paid great attention to detail...no extra wax left in the creases or gaps which is a huge pet peeve of mine. Even left straight steam clean lines on my carpet which I've never seen before but absolutely loved! These guys get it. I wanted to get my wife's car detailed in a hurry and called Scott on a Friday morning. I got his VM so I left a message and quickly got a text back saying he would call me in 30min if that worked. 30min later he called and we walked through what I needed done. Having a rather ordinary car I wanted one of the packages but did not want my engine cleaned so he offered to put a protective coat on the car in replace of the engine cleaning for the same price. This was great and I appreciated the flexibility so we scheduled for the following day. Knowing I was in a hurry he called about an hour later indicating he had a cancellation and that he could have his crew over in an hour. This worked for us and they did a terrific job with the car. Two guys spent a full three hours on the vehicle and it looks as good as new. I really like the tire dressing they used as it does not look wet and will not slop all over the sidewall of the car like many of the car wash shops. It looks dark and black but not wet and sloppy. The exterior painted surface feels slicker than ice and seems to be a very good product. The team that came out were professional, well spoken, and came complete with firm hand shake.
