Guy on the phone said sure we can do that. I called back on Wednesday just to ask if they had done it or if not when were they going to. Before I could even ask the guy said, "yeah we're not going to be able to do it." So they basically weren't going to do the job and worse yet had I not called to check they wouldn't have even called to tell me that. This kind of poor customer service deserves to lose business. Please don't pay them anything as they deserve to go out of business for simple horrible customer service. Too many others in the HVAC business that deserve your business.
