Not Wayne he said he would be there and it was not a triple cost fee to come out. Wayne called in morning because he had a cancellation, came 4 hours earlier than expected and he had our problem diagnosed and practically fixed before my in-laws arrived at our house to meet him. 5*****'s to Wayne as well. Fast forward to October of 2024- we thought we'd give him another chance. On 10/21/24, Tyler came out and looked at the project... it was hooking up a line to our fireplace. He said he would get us a quote. As of 11/18/24, we had not heard anything from Tyler and still did not have a quote for the project. On 11/25/24, we messaged Tyler telling him we needed this project done and he said the soonest he could get there would be 12/4 or 12/6. On 12/6/24, Tyler text and said he would have to reschedule. It is now 12/18/24 and we have not heard another word from Tyler. Tyler is unreliable! If you'd like a project done without having to beg someone to show up, Tyler is not the person you are looking for! We will never hire him again for anything!
