The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. Duke came out inspected and turned the gas on. $1,695 for 45 minutes of work is disgraceful. You are taking advantage of people. I will be watching and reporting if you try to take my review down.

Lousy work. We hired Frey to add outlets to a kitchen that we remodeled. They used metal boxes with…read moreGFCI plugs. The plugs are too big for the box and there was no electrical tape installed as a barrier. They should have used non-conductive plastic boxes. Additionally the electric line was fed through the bottom of the box which interfered with the securing screws. See the attached photos. We have have repeated breaker trips with this install. We have showed the attached photos to the office staff requesting that they have one of their electricians come out and fix the issue. No return call. I normally don't complain in a public forum, but this is outrageous.

Eventually several days later I received a response and was told another individual was in charge of the project for the time being. I attempted to contact him amd received ZERO response. Which would have been today, except first thing this morning I received a text saying they had been in an accident and would do what they could to get here today. However, when I asked if he would actually make it today I received, as per usual at this point ZERO response..All in all not a good experience at all.
