The professionalism and honesty of Josh and his team is outstanding (and we have worked with close to 10 contractors over the last year). The front office person was very pleasant and helpful, and that part of the experience was great. Unfortunately, the yard crew was difficult to deal with. I accidentally pulled in the exit, apologized, and corrected it, but the employee made a bigger issue out of it than necessary. Then when I picked up my six 2x4x12s, they seemed ready to give me some of the worst boards in the pile. I ended up selecting my own while they stood there staring at me. Better lumber than the big box stores, but the yard customer service needs work.
