This business is hit or miss. Sometimes it is great, but sometimes not so much... The snacks are mediocre as the popcorn is stale. The kids cup is cute, I loved the movie "Zootopia 2", with the great storyline. The theater seemed new and it was a mediocre overall experience. read more

The owner is the absolute worst. Don't waste your time coming here or giving him any money whatsoever. He's just an all-around arrogant and unpleasant man that doesn't care about customers, employees, cleanliness, or good business practices. This is the worst theatre I have ever attended. On 5/26/25 my wife and I viewed Mission Impossible, Final Reckoning. Towards the end of the movie the sound quit and the screen went black. I complained to the management that we had not seen the entire movie and I wanted a refund. They said we had seen the entire movie and there was nothing they could do. I recommend that no one waste their money at this theatre. And I will be lodging a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

This place is a joke. Went to watch avengers tonight. There was supposed to be a 9:20 show. It was advertised on Facebook, their website, and listed on the front of the building as showing at 9:20. Went inside and was told no. They weren't. And that I'd have to spend more money for a 3D ticket, a format I do not care for. They only accept cash for the tickets. The prices for popcorn and soda are exorbitant. $4.75 for a 24 oz soda. And then they still charge $1 for a refill. Then there's the theatre itself. This evening we were in a theatre with broken seats and a rip right in the center of the screen. We only use this theatre because it's close to home. Cosmetically- it's a typical movie theatre - but no credit card accepted! I usually do not yelp bad reviews, I believe if you have nothing nice to say do not say it at all. If you see my other reviews- I'm not a mean/judgmental person, I try to look for the positives!! BUT, the staff at this place has got to be the rudest I've ever met in my life! Unfriendly staff at the cash register- they barks the prices with out any thank you or can I help you? Again, typical cosmetics, great popcorn. Higher than average price concession. Giving this movie theater one star is being nice. The interior of the building is run down and disgusting. It's obvious that regular maintenance and even an occasional deep cleaning have never occurred since it's opening. The carpet has never been cleaned and isn't fit for a dog to walk on. Not all of the pop machines are fully functional. The display cases and counter tops are constantly dirty and sticky. The restrooms are very dark and years overdue for a scrubbing. The food debris and waste is caked on the floors, walls, and fixtures. Trash cans look like they have never been moved and mopped under. Inside actual theaters there is food, candy, popcorn, trash, and drinks spilled everywhere. The floors are covered and don't even bother retrieving something under your seat if it happens to fall on the ground. This place is long overdue for a health inspection. I will be sharing with everyone I know the deplorable conditions, not to mention the attitudes of the unfriendly staff members working. read more

Would give less than one star if possible! A group of 4 adults(paid customers) were told we were trespassing after talking in the parking lot for 10 minutes after the movie ended. Mind you the lights to the parking lot were also turned off making it difficult to see the uneven ground. We travel from the South Bend area because Plymouth is a central location for us to meet up with some friends, but we will never spend another dollar at this dump ever again. read more

I attend this theater only due to convenience, nothing more. Over a year ago I sat thru a movie (I don't recall the name) but there were 6 or 7 technical interruptions where the power (only inside the theater) was off for several minutes at a time. After enduring all these "technical difficulties", we got nothing of an apology, a refund, a free pass to another movie...NOTHING!!! Careless disregard for patrons! read more

I took my little boys to go see the new Reck It Ralph Movie. They were waiting the ENTIRE day. It started at 7:15 pm and we ended up getting there 7:20. They ran up to the doors with so much joy just to find out the doors were LOCKED. We made eye contact with the workers and the boys started jumping with excitement thinking they were going to notice and help but all they did was shake their head and look the other way. We knocked and they gave us dirty looks. The 5 & 7 year old starting tearing up and we had to drive all the way up to south bend on a school night to find another movie theater. First impression: Normal movie theater. Then............my impression starts to change. First of all, cash only for tickets, so be prepared with cash. Prices are average, so no complaints there. Then you go over to buy some popcorn, $5 minimum for cards, and a meal with a large popcorn and two medium sodas will run you around $9.50. It is as you start to walk in to the theater that you realize the signs: "No outside food or drinks - if you are caught with outside food or drinks you will be asked to leave - NO JOKE." Ok... so I can get over this, they all ask that, and I doubt they would really ask you to leave, right? Wrong. (I was not asked to leave, but after talking to locals, it is not unheard of). Then the commercials start - and they have a commercial of some weird crazy lady asking you not to : talk, whisper, eat outside food, put your feet on the chairs, and above all - throw away your trash! She evens says in the commercial "this is not your house, so don't treat it that way!" Now I am starting to feel like I am at some weird distant relatives house in which I have to watch my behavior....but once the movie starts I should forget about it right? Wrong again! They had people walk around with flash lights more than once to monitor everyone! Weirdest movie experience ever! I felt so uncomfortable, like I was being watched. Yikes, never again. Even worse, heard from my cousin who goes here a lot, that the owner once kicked out a woman with a seeing eye dog, and wouldn't let her back in until the police MADE him, can you say JERK? read more

More drama with the employees than you'll ever see in the movie. I put up with the ridiculous policy of cash only for the ticket but credit accepted for the $35 you spend on concessions, and their ATM that is always broken or out of money- but our recent visit was an all time low. One employee used the B word and another said FU to me! No one in my party had used fowl language or verbally attacked these women. Apparently they follow their age policy in a selective manor. They happily took my $30 though I was not likely the "parent or legal guardian" of ALL four of the 16 year old boys- yet they quickly removed the kids when I left the theater- (not really my choice in movies) My son texted me to come back in- I came back but these women were much more set on punishing us than finding a solution. No movie, no refund. Employees are unbelievably hostile and seem to think they are in a war with the customers. Never seen anything like it! read more

First, they have never accepted credit card to purchase tickets. They finally added an ATM in the theater, but when I arrived there last time, it was not functional. I had to then go to another ATM to get money to go to the movie. We decided to buy a box of candy elsewhere because we just went out of our way plus paid an ATM fee in addition to the tickets. We bought the tickets, we even bought $10 in concessions. Halfway through the movie someone came and inspected our candy and then kicked us out because of our extra box. We then talked to the manager and she was rude and chewed us out. I get that you should not bring in outside candy, but come on, we spent $50, went out of our way just to even pay to get in, and you are kicking us out for a box of candy. Went there this past weekend to see Deadpool. I know some of the reviews here are posted with some valid complaints. For me I enjoy the fact that it isn't crowded, the popcorn and concessions are excellent and priced comparable to other theaters. You can refill popcorn for a minimal price, they also have free drink refills in the aisle too. The seating in the cinema is good and you can sit where you want. Some other theaters in South Bend, IN have gone to the wayside with the whole assigned seating thing. I realize this is not your typical movie theater with all the extra niceties, but still I have enjoyed my experiences here. The only negative I do have is that it could be cleaner and not so cluttered at times (seems to use his aisle oustide the movies for storage). Also I hate it when the attendants come in and check to make sure you aren't placing your feet on their seats in the middle of a movie, which in a way i can't blame them as they are just protecting their investments. I will contnue to go to movies here as well as other theaters, again for myself I enjoy it mostly on a weekday when I can really enjoy a movie, relax, and not be crowded into a corner! read more
