The grilled salmon was cooked perfectly, and every bite was delicious. All of the staff members provided top-notch customer service and were incredibly friendly (special shoutout to Rick, Molly, & Andy) I enjoyed my experience so much that I went back that same evening with a friend, and he loved it too. He even returned a few days later with a group of his own friends. The general manager truly runs a tight ship and it shows in how well everything flows. There is even a little vehicle in the parking lot that will give you a ride to the door, which I thought was such a nice touch. The place is huge, with plenty of TVs for watching sporting events, pool tables, and a nice outdoor area for smokers. The atmosphere is professional yet laid-back and very inviting. It is the perfect spot to bring a group of people for a fun afternoon or evening. The Ritz stays lively any time of day. It is also super close to Hobby Airport, making it a great place to stop for a bite to eat and a drink before or after a flight. Thank you, Ritz, for such a great experience. Said her name was Heather. Watch out for this one. Tales about how she's from Michigan, she's here for a job, used to work at Hooters, wants to go to U of H etc. She'll try to get you to buy more dances or order a drink or tip her or something. I'm like, get on stage and I'll tip you. Said she's not a dancer, but she could do a private room with me if I wanted. This is a trap. Don't fall for it. Supposed to be $250 for a half hour with champagne service. No cameras. Total privacy. Once you go in though, she wouldn't even take her top off. Utter waste of time and money. Claimed the cops might bust the joint. Said she'd call after work. Load of crap. Don't go here.
