I never have to worry that I'm going to pay for services I don't need. The team are so personable, very patient, and they explain everything in detail so non-car folks like me can understand. I've been in the automotive world for over 10 years and this is by far the worst shop I have ever worked with. And yes, they're going to reply to this talking about the bill I owe them...and I do. But their collection agency mentality that would rather bully you that work with you does not compel anyone to come to a solution. They asked lots of questions beforehand to ensure they could safely load and tow our food truck.
