They drove me to work and picked me up .. on my schedule, not theirs (I've been to shops where I've had to wait nearly an hour for a ride, even though I had an appt) My truck was filthy so I'd expected that they would have to spot-wash the areas they were working on. They not only washed the whole thing, but buffed out the surface scratches too ... it looked brand new!
