He went on to say that If I just wanted an inspection next spring he would be happy to oblige. A few minutes later he asked me to have a look at my coolant reservoir which had been cracked and repaired, but not well. He advised me get a new one ASAP, because I would be in dire straights if it leaked on my pending trip. When I returned home, I had a closer look at the plastic reservoir and noticed a burning sensation on my arm where a newly developed pin hole leak had sprayed my arm. I have ordered a new one. I pulled into this service centre at closing time, explained the problem, and the service advisor got the car info, found the required part (which was the last one available for this old car) and overnighted the part from Vancouver and had the car fixed by one the next day. And they also shuttled me to the lacrosse tournament and picked me up later. Not too often does this type of service happen now a days! And their shop is very clean and organized with lots of service bays. To top it off, their rates are probable the lowest that I have seen in recent memory. The manager, a Mr. Harsh Singh insisted that not only did she need an oil change, he upsold her on a "fuel system flush," which consisted of them dumping a bottle of fuel conditioner in her tank and charging her 79 dollars for an item that I can purchase at my local auto supply store for no more than 10-20 dollars. This fine gentleman told her that the 79 dollars was half price. This vehicle has 34000 kilometers on the clock. Avoid this location and probably the company at all costs. They also refused to give my daughter a detailed invoice in an attempt to cover up their dishonest business practices.

I was asked if I had any coupons and told them I would be using my Groupon today. Within minutes the fellow came over to me with the dipstick in his hand and said my car was out of oil. (I know for a fact that it was not) He then said they were going to do a engine flush to fix the "Gunk and Sludge" that was making the engine use oil.
