He brought the 64gal bin, transferred my shred items, collected payment and off he went to shred my stuff. Literally the easiest, fastest, most convenient process of getting rid of ish ever!! This is one of only a handful of places in Las Vegas that will take in aluminum cans for recycling. They do pay for the aluminum based on the weight however, it is minimal at best, the real benefit of going here is to be able to drop off aluminum cans for recycling when you don't have it available through your local community or trash service. The staff here are helpful, everybody is very nice and the process is very efficient and quick. As far as aluminum cans go you drive in unload them onto a dolly they get weighed and you get a receipt and you get paid. The process is pretty quick and easy, get in and get out is the way it should be. The company does specialize in recycling and purchase of non-Ferris scrap metal and other recyclable items. Often times when you drive in you will see contractors and other construction personnel, unloading truck loads of waste metal into bins for recycling. The few people that I have spoken to while there say that their pricing is very competitive for the service. As I am not in the construction industry not am I a contractor or a DIY guy this is not a service that I utilize, but it is available. All in all the processes, quick, easy and painless, which is all I could ask or expect of a recycling center. Easy to find and somewhat centrally located.

She explained everything clearly and showed me how to scan the board to fill out my information. While I was completing the paperwork, another staff member was cleaning the lobby area which already looked spotless! They even had a screen with Candy Crush that kept my daughter entertained during the short wait. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to detail and kindness from the staff. I explained how to pronounce my name (it's not an easy one), and both employees made the effort to say it correctly afterward. That meant a lot to me. The technician also reminded me to put my ID away after returning it which honestly helped because with my ADHD, I probably would've forgotten it there. They offered to let my daughter come back with me during the fingerprinting process, but she was comfortable sitting at the table in the back. The actual fingerprinting took less than 5 minutes, and Sara, the technician, was incredibly friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. The entire office was clean, organized, and welcoming. One employee even apologized for "the mess," but there truly was no mess at all! I was in and out within about 15 minutes total.
