I called to get quotes on scanning some important legal documents for safe keeping. Regular document scanning at 600 DPI was very high, something like $30/ document, and 1200 DPI was twice that it or more. I went to a UPS store and paid $7 for 600 DPI scans of everything I need. I am sure there are plenty of reasons to go to graphic imaging services, but for simple scan jobs where you need higher quality than your phone but aren't scanning photos, they're the top of the price range. read more

The scanning of old photos was expensive and abysmally poor quality. The colors were significantly off, significant portions of the photos were cut off, terrible reflections were present, and they were blurry (although surface imperfections were bold and sharp). None of this could be seen until AFTER I paid and took them home. I discovered I had significant issues getting my many various photo editing programs to work with the photos. I was shocked and disappointed at how bad this was. And the price was outrageous. Wow, what an expensive waste of money and time. read more

I found this company while searching for someone that could scan thousands of family photos. After looking at out-of-state shipping, I called and spoke to Ashley about the services they offered. She was very informative and understanding of the Christmas deadline I was trying to meet. She gave me a suggestions on how to package the photos so they would be organized when I got them back. I am amazed that they were able to scan almost 3,000 pictures in a two-day time frame. They scan directly on site so I didn't have to worry about my photos being damaged. They charged me $50 for a scan and retouch but failed to mention the job would not be printed. I guess they didn't know it would have been cheaper to buy a new print. The owner Lisa said she'd call me right back after she looked at my invoice after the issue was brought to her attention but never did. Each time I tried to reach her after that she dodged my calls. This is the worst service I have ever had. They had my art for almost two weeks and failed to even scan it. I had to call and check the status of my scan after a solid week of waiting expecting them to scan it. They then told me they would do it Monday. I wait till wed to call and check the status, they then tell me it's scheduled for Thursday. Not once did they call and tell me of these status changes. The piece they were supposed to scan is already sold, and they left me looking like a bad artist to my customers, all because they cant be professional and tell someone whats going on. I call today and after being told it hasn't even been scanned yet, i ask to come get my art back. I am told i cannot receive my work without talking to Lisa (who didnt answer or return my call). After leaving Lisa a message demanding my work, I get a call from the front desk saying its ok to pick up my work IE Lisa called Sara but failed to return my call. Absolutely unacceptable, I wouldn't copy a my cats vet records here, let alone fine art. read more

I came into Graphic Imaging Services around 4:30pm and needed to submit my DMV paperwork before the end of the business day. I needed to have my form printed, filled out, scanned and emailed to the DMV immediately. The service that was provided was excellent and quick. The front desk receptionist was polite and helpful through out the entire process and made sure that my paperwork was sent out and received correctly. Even with the time constraint she made sure to get it done efficiently and correctly. I recommend this place to anyone that needs important paperwork scanned and sent out, this company is trustworthy and will go above and beyond the basic to get the job done in a timely manner. read more

Very unhappy with my experience. I came in with my brother to pick up our two photos. We waited about 30 minutes. It was a photo of our grandma and one of the photos had a mark on her face that was not supposed to be there. I had to come back again with my mom another day. We waited about 40 minutes and the manager said, "sorry I was stuck in traffic." The manager said she brought 3 photos for us but one of them was the original photo that was messed up so we got exactly what we paid for. I just don't think it's acceptable that the manager did not apologize for the mark on the photo and that the manager did not do anything to make up for her mistake and my wasted time. If you're going to source your printing to an outside vendor, check the photos before you give them to your customers. She clearly does not understand customer service. read more

I've used Graphic Imaging for over 5 years and have always had great service. I've frequently be able to get my art scanned/returned same day and its always perfect (i.e. scan looks exactly like the art)--no discoloration or issues with contrast/darkening, etc. Quick and painless.
