Work The work is amazing. My bath has been transformed into the hotel spa I wanted in my home. Everything was removed from a basic build to a high end look. My tile work looks beautiful and the meticulous attention to detail has exceeded my expectations. I now need to remodel my secondary bath to match the primary and JA&M will be getting a call from me. I have lots of projects in mind and I hope they are willing to do them all. The company is the real deal and will not take advantage of you.

Our wood floors are a disaster...tried to fix but they are ruined because of careless mistakes and inexperience. Trim paint outside, stain on outside doors and paint on wood porches were painted by another inexperienced sub. Worker were not supervised very well. We have just now found out that part of our house and driveway is sitting on the adjacent property. Builder is taking no responsibility...blaming us. We expected the builder to know where to build the house since he has built other houses in this area. We are tired and this was suppose to be our dream home but it is now a nightmare! We have to hire an attorney to resolve the property mess and we are on a fixed income. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER. He does not stand by his product.

So, while the second wasn't in the quote, I wasn't expecting to pay an additional 6,300. I don't expect a job to be to the penny at all, but when I paid for some of the supplies that were supposed to be included, there were no surprises on the job, and I took out a project that was in the original bid, there's no reason for the job to go 6K over budget without telling me. The contractor (Allen Mendel) he used almost never came to the job so the subs would only get instructions via text causing multiple unnecessary trips. The subs however are fantastic! About two hours later , he had completed the install, including cleanup. The door fit perfectly and our dog was able to begin using it immediately. I paid that and it took me a few months to get the money together to get the work done. I understand that after a certain amount of time, the circumstances might have changed, but refusing to go back out and verify that without another payment is absurd. Once I told them that I was ready to go, I had to wait another month before they finally told me that it would cost me another $100 to get them out there to verify the original bid, and they had no documentation of the bid other than some scribbled notes from the first visit. Go elsewhere. These folks aren't worth your time or money.

The worst experience of our lives! What was supposed to have been a rewarding time was nothing but…read morea nightmare. So many things went wrong. We moved in February 2021. We still have a "punch item" list that hasn't been fulfilled now in February 2022. We did stained concrete floors & were left with boot footprints in our stained concrete floors, and black sharpe marks were they drew the outlines of were the cabinetry was to be placed. We were told the cabinets would cover it. Nope! It didn't cover it at all! Instead they attempted to scrape it off & add more color to it! It's absolutely hideous! The blue stain is coming off (I couldn't figure out why I kept having blue on my feet)! They refuse to take our calls & flat out have been ignoring us. We also have items that we paid for and never received! Still fighting them on that as well. (PEX Plumbing Manifold and Five phone drops). We ordered fiber glass doors (of which we paid for) only to get wood doors which are now warped! We were told they look like wood but that they are fiberglass. Fiberglass does not warp which was the whole logic in ordering them in the 1st place! We did oil rubbed bronze fixtures throughout the house. We noticed the garbage disposal button was silver & pointed it out. They spray painted it saying it was replaced! Not! It completely peeled/flaked off and is silver! In the master bathroom we have grout stuck on the tile that was never removed upon completion of the job! David, the salesman has come out to our home, took photos of our grievances and said he would get back in touch with us. NOTHING has been resolved! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Do not trust them with building your forever home. If you have any questions, please let me know! I will answer all your questions and send more photos! Do not get ripped off the way we were! We worked hard in building our dreams & this is what Milcreek gave us!
