Isn't the point of the copay and his insurance is so that he doesn't have to pay another bill afterwards? And then when he tried to get an itemized receipt, the agent over the phone refused to provide it for him stating he has to stop by the clinic because they don't do it over the phone. Which is very inconvenient having to take time off from work to drive extremely far for his receipt. All I'm hoping is that when we do go to the front desk, they will be able to provide his itemized bill properly right then and there, because otherwise, this would be extremely unprofessional.

They are not accepting any new patients so I have to find another PCP at a completely different practice with no help from P3 at all. They changed their insurance policies but are not consistent in their messaging so I have gotten conflicting information from multiple agents. I feel bad dropping this place down to 1 stars but this is no way to treat patients. Prior to Heather Harvey leaving I was very happy with my service here and thought this facility was well run. Now I'm scrambling to find an alternative place while healthcare staffing is already a challenge. Very disappointing.

The previous time I did this, I was able to go during my lunch break. Here's what happened this time. First I got an email from PDS Medical on 12/24/25 reminding me I have an appointment on January 7th, 2026. I confirmed the appointment. Then I get an email on 12/30/25 reminding me I have an appointment and letting me know that I can save time by using e check-in. Done. I checked in using the online portal. Finally. I got a text message the morning of my appointment on Jan 7th again reminding me I have an appointment. Confirmed! My appointment was at 1:30pm, so I took a lunch break from 1:00pm-2:00pm. I showed up at 1:15pm. Checked in at the front desk. The receptionist, a very nice lady named Esmeralda charged me my $70 copayment. She emailed me my receipt. Receipt received in my email at 1:17pm. I waited in the lobby patiently. I was then called in at my appointment time exactly at 1:30pm. The assistant took my blood pressure & weight, then escorted me to the waiting room at 1:35. I sat in the waiting room until 2:00pm! Christine V. never showed up! I heard her walk into a room of a patient that showed up after me at 1:58pm! There was no communication from the staff letting me know they were short staffed. Nor was there any communication for warning me that the wait would be longer than expected. I left as soon as my lunch break ended 2pm (and returned to work late). I did let the nice receptionist know that no one ever came in the room to see me. She could tell I was upset when I walked out. Do you think anyone called me to apologize? No! Not during the drive home, nor during the remainder of the afternoon or evening! The next day I got a message from the MyChart portal letting me know my prescription refill was denied. The portion I paid for my blood work on 12/24, and the $70 copay for the office was a waste of money!

I tried to reach their office before my appointment due to a miss call and no one could tell me the reason why they initially called. I arrived at the original location only to be told that my nurse practitioner changed locations and that my appointment was moved to Henderson. They decided to change my appointment last minute to this office which is not what I agreed on. The appointment was made to discuss my blood results/ count as a physical but since they could not communicate the location change in a timely manner this appointment was "cancelled". Due to the inconvenience they decided to continue my appointment virtually. An appointment that is 100% covered by insurance turned into an almost $350 appointment. I have been trying to get this issue resolved and was told they would resolve it when my insurance representative got in contact with them but now it looks like they sent me to collections. Do not under any circumstances come here!

Dr. Abraham Baidoo is a stellar doctor really taking care of my family members!…read more Dr. Brian in Boulder City, NV should not be practicing medicine. He is a downright pr!ck. He is incredibly abusive, every single word he says is cutting, mean, rude, and makes you feel small. I am actually shocked he hasn't had clients absolutely deck him with how absolutely HORRENDOUS he treats patients. He is a miserable, small man and there is a reason there isn't Yelp for the Boulder City location. I've talked to several of his patients that are friends, and they all say how awful he is. Simple health questions we had, he was flippant, unresponsive and kept saying "I'll make the decisions, I'M the doctor. You don't know anything." I was so floored by how he treated us both, I almost got up and walked out mid-way through the initial appointment. I felt absolutely abused by Dr. Brian in Boulder City. We made the switch to the Henderson location and will never look back. We knew that literally ANYONE would be better than Dr. Brian in Boulder City. We hit the jackpot with Dr. Baidoo and his staff. The receptionists are so friendly and full of humor. They are helpful no matter what arises and Dr. Baidoo got on the phone personally when my family had a serious health infection before my family even went in for their first appointment. We immediately felt safe and were able to get in for a next day appointment early in the morning. We've visited Henderson location with Dr. Baidoo three times already and each visit gets better and better. We feel safe with Dr. Baidoo watching over the family member's case and he is very kind, incredibly knowledgeable, knows a lot of stuff other doctors don't, and incredibly importantly, Dr. Baidoo listens to his patients. Cannot recommend him enough and I've told all of my friends who see Dr. Brian in Boulder City to make the switch. No need to put up with abuse from a physician. It's already stressful enough going to the doctor's office.

She was also excellent. She also left the clinic. since their departure I have waited up to two weeks for prescriptions to be called into the pharmacy, leaving me in pain and unable to sleep. After the fourth time, I wrote a letter to both Admin in Salt Lake City and Patient Care in Salt Lake City. Crickets...nothin. Absolutely no response. Last week I needed to do labs for an upcoming appointment. I was encouraged not to go to Quest but to use in house laboratory. I checked in at the desk and had a seat. No one else was in the waiting room. After 20 min. the receptionist called out that someone would be with me soon. 25 minutes later I was finally called back. The lab tech was clearly not prepared. She left the room twice to get supplies. Then was digging through drawers and cabinets. When she finally got to me she began pouring my urine sample into tubes instead of taking my blood and letting me leave. I'm done and am now searching for a Dr. and/or clinic. There have been many other incidents that have occurred but this could turn into a book. People on Medicare stay away from Intermountain Health Generation One!!!!

0 STARS!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY -- THIS IS SERIOUSLY YOUR FIRST…read moreAND ONLY WARNING. This office is an absolute nightmare. The office manager, Shelly, shows a shocking lack of empathy -- which is unbelievable for someone working in healthcare. They are far more focused on money than on actually helping patients. I had just made a large payment toward my balance the week before, yet they refused to see me unless I paid even more on the spot. And they were the ones who made me schedule an appointment just to have FMLA paperwork filled out, even though I had already been seen the week prior and had just gotten out of a five-day hospital stay in severe pain. When I tried to explain that I had already paid, Shelly became confrontational instead of offering help. That set me off, and yes, we argued, because she was literally telling me to leave while I was in 10 out of 10 pain. And with nobody above her to escalate concerns to, I had nowhere to turn. They keep forcing unnecessary appointments even when I can barely make it in due to the pain I'm dealing with. It genuinely feels like they care more about billing than patient care. My experience with Dr. Keefe was just as awful -- he was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly made unnecessary comments about my weight, despite the fact that I've lost a significant amount over the past year and normally work out almost every day. I explained I couldn't work out while in 10/10 pain, and he still insisted I "should be doing it anyway." It was degrading and completely unprofessional. To make things even worse, Dr. Keefe refused to fill out my FMLA paperwork, claiming he "didn't know me well enough," even though the only reason I was seeing him was because my regular doctor is on maternity leave. When I asked what I was supposed to do, he told me to try to get my neurologist to fill it out -- even though specialists do not handle that type of paperwork. It was unhelpful, inconsiderate, and showed zero understanding of basic patient needs. I ended up having to call back about the mistreatment, and thankfully another doctor agreed to fill out the paperwork -- but I should never have had to fight that hard for something so simple while dealing with a serious medical condition. Not long after I stood up for myself about how I was treated and filed a complaint to the medical board about Dr. Keefe, they decided to discharge me as a patient. It truly feels like I was dropped simply for advocating for myself during a highly vulnerable time. This has been one of the most frustrating, dismissive, and disappointing healthcare experiences I have ever had. Luckily the doctor treating me in the hospital has a practice so I was able to get into him to help manage my condition but they show no empathy at all and just want your money!

I think AHMC needs to read these reviews and assess the Dr. Keefe situation/issues. I've seen him 3…read moretimes now and each time I left disappointed and upset when I left. We argued once and another time I had to lace him about his tone towards me. Another visit he told refused to refer me to get an ultrasound as a precautionary scan because he "didn't want to waste time and money for a test that wasn't necessary." I think he needs to remember patients go to the practice for themselves and it's not about him and his gut feelings. I moved my whole family to another practice as of last week. Working with people and delivery is essential when you are someone's PCP. Create relationships, be compassionate and be accommodating. No more free tips - someone audit him
